The open floor layout offers in- kitchen dining and leads into a comfortable seating area with large screen tv. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom opens into a small den with desk for working remotely. Mini splits offer cooling for the whole house. The outdoor shower is large and updated. The cottage is conveniently located to Hyannis Harbor and activities, fine dining, causal dining, minigolf, the Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard ferries, ice cream, theater, museums, and more! Getting a beach parking pass ahead of your vacation is recommended.
