Great little property at the back of the house so quiet in a busy neighborhood. Sophia was great to deal with. Easy code access to the door and garage. Garage was a life send since street parking can fill up. Beds were comfortable and fully stocked modern kitchen. Beach just a short walk. They provided beach chairs etc. but we had brought our own. Would stay again

Loved the proximity to the grocery store (1 block away) and the beach. We loved having access to beach gear (chairs, towels, boogie boards), laundry on-site and a a secure parking space. What more could you need?! We will be back!

We had a great time in Newport. We were supposed to check in at 2 and it wasn’t ready so we went back at 3 and it still wasn’t ready so we couldn’t get in until 5:30. She let us drop off our stuff which was helpful. It didn’t ruin our trip or anything but it costs a lot so it should be ready. Great location and comfortable. The parking around there is tricky too but I assume it’s like that everywhere.

Came out to Huntington Beach to spend time with a friend who is local. The cottage is in a great location and close to everything on the Balboa Peninsula. Very comfortable and really enjoyed my time around Huntington, Laguna, and San Juan!

We loved staying here close to the beach and the access to local places, grocery store ect. Host was responsive and great and I would stay here again. My only down was the pillow I had I didn't like but I am a pillow snob at home too so most will probably be just fine. Place was clean, inviting , happy for the A/C in each room. The ice machine and water in fridge was not working and so that was a bummer

Great location! Quick walk to the beach and great restaurants. Close enough to fun things to do but far enough to avoid a lot of noise at night. The beds were super comfortable and ac worked really well.

Place was clean, cute and cozy. Had everything we needed from extra towels and blankets to kitchen utensils. A quuck walk to the beach and grocery store. Host were friendly and accommodating. Perfect place for our stay.

Awesome location, clean, updated, comfortable. Alley area had a lot of flies because of trash cans and the bathroom old style glass slats allowed flies inside. Also, LOUD construction first thing Friday AM. Not the end of the world, but it would’ve been nice to have had a heads up on construction literally right out our window. Overall, we would definitely stay here again for the location, garage parking, and comfortable, updated cottage.

I stayed a week here by myself mostly with family visiting a couple evenings. This was a perfect central location to enjoy the area. Very close to beach, groceries, restaurants, etc., I found I did not need a car for any necessities, including dining, beach and supermarket a little over a block away. Everything you need is provided, and the air conditioners were really a big plus. Kirsten was very responsive and a great host!

We go to Newport every year in the summer and this place was absolutely perfect. The communication was great, and the overall property was perfect for all of us. It was clean, modern, and cozy!

Property was great and as described in listing. Close to everything (groceries, restaurants, beach access). The host contacted me the first day to make sure everything was ok. Response to any questions I had were in a very timely manner. We didn't have a car, but used Uber a few times. An Uber driver was usually only 5-10 minutes away. Highly recommend. Host was always responsive. Location is excellent. The property is air conditioned which was wonderful after being out all day.

Perfect location for a quick vacation getaway with my son. Close walk to the beach, pier, shops restaurants and more!
