Stayed Aug 21, 2025We spent three nights in Newport Beach at this charming and rustic beach cottage. It is conveniently located less than one block from the boardwalk near the 32nd lifeguard tower. It’s a very nice distance from the pier, with shopping and great dining options.The cottage is appointed with anything you might need, including towels, small appliances for the kitchen, and generous seating, with outdoor chairs, and tables. We thought that it was very nice that they had beach chairs, an umbrella, and a barbecue at their property, for our use. The owners are very accessible, friendly, and responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 4, 2025Loved the property! It was an easy walk to restaurants and Pavilions. We had very good luck with street parking, but it was nice knowing the garage was available if needed. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies. The owners were very communicative and easy to get in touch with. We hope to stay again soon!
