Description

Our newly-remodeled, comfy cottage is located on the banks of the North Fork of the Holston River. One bedroom with a queen-sized bed, living room, kitchen and dining area, and a lovely south-facing porch.

The cottage is surrounded by our 76 acre property. You'll be nestled in the midst of an old Christmas tree plantation.

The cottage has a nice living room space with 50 flat screen smart TV. The combined full kitchen and dining area contains an electric range and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer for guests to use. The bedroom boasts a comfy queen bed and newly-remodeled full bath with a shower. The covered front porch of the cottage has chairs for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view.

We also maintain a network of walking/jogging paths up and down the river and around the property. We regularly see ospreys, eagles, and deer, plus the occasional fox and otter.

Cute little cottage away from the city. It was nice to sit on the front porch and just listen to mother nature. The host was amazing and answered all my questions.

Nathaniel, the host, was excellent to communicate with. He was good at recommending local places to eat. He answers questions quickly and is very detail oriented. The cottage has the best feeling, like home. It is very clean and immaculate, and is surrounded by gorgeous nature. Staying on an old Christmas tree plantation was really neat. The river around the property is gorgeous.The cottage has a very welcoming vibe with all the neccessities taken care of. I appreciated the details like live plants, the diffuser with lavender provided, the soft, high quality sheets, and the bed is SO comfortable! Ww stayed for our anniversary and had an amazing time!
