Stayed Apr 22, 2025Lovely cosy cottage, very well equipped and spacious. Would definitely stay again if in the area! Carrbridge is an excellent place from which to explore the Cairngorm area, and with the landmark adventure park a 5 minute walk away, there is plenty for children to do too.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Beautiful cottage in beautiful surroundings. Saw lots of different bird species in the garden and lovely woodland walks right outside the front door. Would highly recommend. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have been to Rowan Cottage several times as we enjoy it so much. Especially Coca. There is a good safe garden with a forest across the road for walks.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a fabulous stay at Rowan Cottage. The cottage was warm, well equipped and comfortable. The area was quiet and right next to a forest. The garden was lovely to sit in and enjoy the local wildlife- woodpeckers, tree creepers, rabbits and even red squirrels. There is loads to do for all ages in the area and excellent amenities in near by Aviemore. Would love to go back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a lovely week at Rowan Cottage from 17th September to 4th October. It was out 45th Wedding Anniversary on 27th went out for a lovely meal at The Carrbridge Hotel. Weather was lovely only one day when it really rained heavy for a couple of time through out the day lasting for only about 20 minutes each time, the rest of the week woke up to lovely sunny cooler mornings. Loved Rowan Cottage and if we go up to that are again, I will first try and book the cottage again. Just a couple of things I like in places are face towels with each bath towel I could not find a potato masher these are miner things but I feel needed, other than that the cottage has everything you need. It was just my husband and myself it was lovely having the place to ourselves but there is plenty of room if we had wanted to invite friends along.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Rowan cottage especially Coca who had a good enclosed garden with the entrance to the forest across the road. The only drawback was the lack of wifi and poor TV reception. That is why we have not given straight 10s

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a fabulous time in and around Rowan Cottage. So comfortable and everything we needed to hand. No internet was a great bonus for us switching off. Bird feeder was busy all day and we saw deer and red squirrel within a 5 minute walk. So much to do that we’re intending to come back with more friends and family.
