This spacious and elegant home is located in the historic village of Winterton-on-Sea, just 150 metres from a lovely beach backed by sand dunes. You’ll have pubs and shops within 0.5 miles and easy access to the Martham Broad Nature Reserve (3 miles), where you can go walking and observe wildlife in the marshlands and fen. With space for up to six human guests and two canines, this period property with a large south facing garden is ideal for a family holiday or trip among friends.

The inside of this holiday home is decorated with gentle tones and tasteful artwork on the walls. In the welcoming and spacious lounge you will find the log burner, sink into one of the inviting sofas after a busy day and pop something on the Smart TV to relax. The galley-style kitchen has everything you need to conjure up yummy holiday meals, to be enjoyed either in the dining room or the light-filled conservatory. After convivial dinners, enjoy a nightcap in the garden, a lovely space with a lawn where children will love playing during the day.


You’ll be spoilt for excellent beaches in addition to Wintertons own fantastic beach, with Hemsby (2.5 miles) and Sea Palling (8 miles) both great options. Horsey Beach (5 miles) is home to a grey seal colony – why not walk there along the Norfolk Coastal Path for a scenic afternoon out For a quiet day on the water, go to Wroxham (16.5 miles) and rent a boat to explore the idyllic waterways of the Norfolk Broads National Park. And for an action-packed day at a bustling seaside resort with amusement parks and an aquarium, make a beeline for Great Yarmouth (9 miles).
