Excellent bungalow everything you needed for a relaxing week. Ideally situated for exploring Norfolk. Village is lovely, people are friendly especially Poppy's the little restaurant great food and very welcoming. Would certainly recommend this bungalow couldn't fault it and the lovely Hamper which was left for us was the icing on the cake..Thank you so much

Sunny View is a home from home and we always enjoy our time in Winterton. Another excellent holiday.

The bungalow was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. Spoke to the owner about pegs and they were delivered in an hour. Super friendly. Location was great for the beach and the local pub was great and beautiful food.

This was our second stay here and just as enjoyable. Walking distance to the pub, restaurant and convenience store.

Our second stay in Sunny View this year. It is a lovely property and this time we made use of the garden. The provision of an umbrella would be nice as the table and chairs are on full sun most of the day. We had an issue on arrival with the key safe being jammed. I rang the landline and only got the usual recorded response to leave a message. We had Rachel's mobile number from a previous stay and had to use that instead. Fortunately despite being on holiday Rachel sorted the issue immediately. I do think there should be an emergency contact number available at least on change over days as had we not had Rachel's own number I'm not sure our message would have been picked up on the landline ansaphone before we'd had to make the 3 hour journey home.

Lovely bungalow in good location just think it's ready for upgrade in some areas enclosed garden was good as we took 2 dogs with us good pub fisherman's arms just down road

We had an amazing week at Sunny View, helped by the wall to wall sunshine. The bungalow is in an amazing location close to everything Winterton has to offer. So the inside - really comfortable, everything you need for a week away and very nicely furnished and decorated. Outside- wow what a garden completely secure wrap around garden, our dogs loved it , both sun and shade to suit everyone, only thing missing for us was a parasol around the table area, that would have been handy in the very hot weather we experienced. Would highly recommend and we would love to come back.

Great property, one of those you feel is bigger and better than the pictures suggest for a change, which was nice. The house has everything you could need for a family holiday and we had a great welcome pack! The location is amazing too, a good pub, shop, beach and tearoom within a couple of minutes walk! We know the general area well and were worried about the proximity of places like Hemsby and Yarmouth but Winterton is like a sleepy little village in comparison. Absolutely perfect for 3 adults and 3 kids for a chilled beach holiday.

Second visit to this gorgeous cottage, beautiful location so near to the beach. Cottage ticks all the boxes for a restful stay , especially as we were celebrating a special birthday. We are regular visitors to Winterton and will definitely stay here again Thank you for the lovely welcome hamper too

We had a lovely break between Christmas and New Year. Sunny View was perfect for us and two teen boys and our dog. Everything we needed and more and it’s in a perfect location in the middle of the village. The welcome hamper was lovely too - thank you. Highly recommended and we would happily stay again.
