We stayed for five days at the end of January. The cottage was warm, well equipped and Lisa very welcoming. The garden is very secure so dog friendly. A bus stop over the road and beach walks straight from the cottage meant we didn't need to use the car. A dog friendly pub close by, together with post office, cafe, shop and fish and chip shop meant every box was ticked. Two days of glorious sunshine also helped!

We really enjoyed our time at Eastwyn. Everything was to a very high standard. It was very clean and comfortable. Ideally placed for coastal walks of Norfolk. A short stroll to the beach and accessible dunes to walk on and the Norfolk coast path.. The village was ideally placed with local shop, pub, cafe and a fish and chip shop. Eastwyn was one of the best equipped cottages for self catering and Lisa was a lovely pleasant host who was extremely helpful and amenable. We would not hesitate to return.

The photos don't do this lovely place justice—it has clearly been re-decorated since they were taken, with a fresh lick of paint and furnishings. The house is spacious and comfy and in a great location for the beach, a great local pub, a corner shop, fish and chips, and a tea room. The village is quaint and picturesque, with thatched cottages and lovely gardens. Our family of 4 enjoyed our few days here very much. I'd only mention that the stairs are pretty steep and curve sharply. This didn't bother us, but you may want to consider it if you have someone older / less mobile in your family.

The beds are comfortable. The kitchen had all the cooking implements we needed. Very short walk to the shop, the fish & chip shop and the dog-friendly pub. We were amazed by how few people there were on the lovely, sandy beach.

Perfect getaway in a lovely cottage. Cosy and impeccably clean, we were delighted with our break at Eastwyn. You’re a short walk from the beach where we were lucky to see hundreds of seals. The village store and chip shop are a stone’s throw but you have plenty of scope to take/ make your own food and drink. Lisa is a lovely host and we couldn’t have asked for more. (Oh and our dog loved it!) Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
