Luxury Sea View Escape | Dog Friendly

This is the first time we have stayed at Rosehearty and it was a delight. The house is perfect, beautiful view and everything you could possibly need in a holiday home. I love the fact that they have a little book for you to write any issues so they can get things fixed! What a great idea! The bedrooms are clean and super comfy, plenty of room for us & our family. The house is also lovely and warm. When we stayed, the weather was bitterly cold but the house was cozy & warm. All of the bedlinen is clean & soft, we have stayed in a lot of places and even in luxury places and bedlinen is something that some places fall down on. It's in a great location with a gorgeous sea view and you're not far from some lovely spots. There is plenty of parking on the drive and the house is lovely and bright, a very relaxing home from home. We will definitely be staying again in the future, and honestly, we can't wait!

Rosehearty is a lovely cottage situated in a super location with panoramic views of the dunes and sea. The area is quiet, which makes for a great relaxing break. If you want a little more entertainment their are resorts close by. Such as Hemsby, Caister and of course Yarmouth. We have been taking cottage holidays for a number of years and Rosehearty is one of the best. The cottage is fully equipped with plenty of books, dvd's etc to entertain should the weather turn. And the view from the open plan living area is fantastic. A great holiday destination.

Last year we stayed somewhere else and left in less than 24 hrs it was so awful - Rosehearty has restored our faith in holiday homes!! Spotless, everything you need, and that view… wow . It had to suit two very different adults - elderly dad and daughter taking him away for his yearly hols, two dogs and a visit from the rest of the family, it did that beautifully. Completely flat indoors, bathrooms by the two sets of bedrooms, lovely flat garden, and parking right outside. The wrap-around garden is completely dog safe fenced so I could relax completely knowing dad and dogs unable to escape I can also confirm that the dunes were an amazing walk from the back gate each day. Stairs definitely not easy if you have dodgy knees, but good solid hand rails helped. The cafe at the beach is great, the fish and chips in the village superb, and I can recommend Hirsts farm shop for Cromer crab! The premier in the village is good but if you want a little more the Hemsby Coop is 3 mins away by car, and you HAVE to go to the Hemsby Butchers!! Best. Pies. Ever. Rosehearty is a stunning property with modern decor and beautifully laid out. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay with lots of little extras included. Ideal for larger families. The views over the dunes and sea are breathtaking. The garden is huge and we enjoyed spotting the birds and wildlife that visited. It's a perfect base to explore the Norfolk coastline and beyond.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rosehearty. The house was really well equipped with everything we needed for our holiday. Everything was clean and well cared for. The view was amazing and we loved sitting watching the ever changing horizon! The access straight to the dunes was an added bonus and made for a short walk to the beach - which was great. We would stay here again.

Having recently returned from a glorious week at Rosehearty we had only one thought … so we booked to return in 2026.

What an absolute joy it was to stay at Rosehearty , I have stayed at a great many holiday homes over the years but this is simply the best one yet. In the kitchen I had everything I could have needed, when cooking & I reached for something I found it - wonderful. There was enough room available for my shopping, a great big fridge/freezer. The living space worked well for our family, it was well laid out & comfortable, the views simply stunning. Location was great for us nice & quiet with a wonderful big enclosed garden - all garden furniture provided including a bbq which we didn’t use. Walk to the village around 10 mins great pub & chippy, the cafe at the beach is also very well worth a visit. I must also mention the comfort of the beds & bedding, the towels thick & fluffy. Everywhere was very clean. I honestly couldn’t have wished for more.

Rosehearty is in a fabulous location minutes from the most beautiful beach. The view, the house and the garden are perfect for a relaxing week by the sea. The house is very well equipped, very clean and well maintained. Good pubs with good food within walking distance. We will definitely book again.

Amazing property, our dogs loved walking along the dunes and onto the beautiful sandy beach directly from the garden , private parking comfy beds, nice showers and a well equipped kitchen along with board games, binoculares and playing cards made this bungalow perfect, the view out to sea is priceless. The local pub and village is dog friendly. We highly recommend Rosehearty and hope to return .

Brilliant location, easy access to the sand dunes and then the beach. Great views and even better you could see the sunrise from the bed in a morning! Our second time staying on that street and booked to come back in July! Rosehearty was extra special and had everything we needed.

Well - what a fabulous place! Rosehearty is an excellent place to stay - close to beach, private parking, sea views, clean, modern, homely, dog friendly. We could go on - but I guess you get the idea we were very happy there and so was our spaniel Dave! We are very very fussy, and usually end up with a compromise trying to find a holiday rental that offers everything on our wish list - but Rosehearty met all our criteria and more! It is extremely well equipped, with comfortable beds and pillows, soft fluffy towels, well equipped kitchen, large dog secure garden and fabulous views. The walk along to beach to Hemsby is lovely, and great food at the local beach cafe and tea room. A friendly pub serving good food and a lovely fish and chip shop. What more could we ask for. We will definitely be back soon!

Just spent a week at rosehearty with our 4 Rottweilers, very spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view out to sea, the property was perfect for us and the pack, loved every minute and so have the dogs, would love to come back, if you require quiet and privacy this is just the place!
