Golf lovers everywhere....Come see our 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo on a 36 hole Arnold Palmer-designed golf course at Lakewood National Golf Club, a championship course and local favorite! This is a monthly rental with many amenities at your fingertips. This is a midrise building with an elevator. The condo is on one level and has a private entrance. It's brand new and beautiful! Not just for golf lovers though, as we have tennis, bocce ball, and a state-of-the-art fitness facility plus with over 150 miles of sidewalks, trails, parks, lakes, nature, and wetland preserves, you can enjoy the outdoors all day long!
This is an upscale, fully furnished gorgeous condo fully stocked with all that you need for your stay. It's over 1,150 heated sq ft with a new beautiful stainless kitchen, large tile flooring throughout except the bedrooms which are a neutral carpet. The kitchen has a large granite island with a prep sink and soft close drawers and dark cherry cabinetry fill the kitchen. All basic appliances are included plus dishes, stemware and other necessities. The kitchen island has bar seating for 3 people, plus there is a large dining table off the kitchen that seats 6 with views of the golf course.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bath including a step-in shower, granite vanity, and tile flooring. The master has a King bed, flat-screen TV, a closet for all your belongings, and a ceiling fan. The flooring is carpet. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a full bathroom right around the corner. Full-size washer and dryer are in-house. No schlepping your things to the laundromat.
The living room has beautiful furnishings that are both stunning and comfortable. Plenty of seating for everyone plus a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment and for fun movie nights with the kids. Don't forget the popcorn! There are sliding doors that lead out to the screened-in lanai. Enjoy your meal or a glass of wine outdoors, bug-free.
Aside from the 36-hole Arnold Palmer-designed golf course, the amenities for Lakewood National are the best in the area and extensive. Condo includes unlimited golf (cart fee only) at the 36 hole Arnold Palmer design, driving range, practice greens, pro shop, plus special rates at local reciprocal courses. Full access to community amenities also includes tennis, new fitness facilities, spa, pools, restaurants, and much more. There will be fee of $214.00 per stay for the use of the amenities which includes a golf membership for the entire length of your stay. Guests only need to pay just the cart fee of $25 (18 holes) and $14 (9 holes) each time you want to play. The rates for a regular non-member are currently $150 in season and $75 offseason so this is a great deal! In the Sarasota area, this Lakewood National is the buzz around golfers --- great course!

Nice Condo with a great view of the 11th hole of the Commander golf course.
This condo is beautifully decorated and is in the ideal location. We enjoyed our 6 week stay in this 3rd floor unit while our home was being renovated. It is quiet and the water view from the balcony are peaceful. Would recommend!
The unit is pretty stocked with essentials, had everything we needed. The pool is nice and gym, steam sauna are great. Some areas to improve on are water pressure, cleanliness and bugs. Would definitely stay here again. Anyone staying here should definitely check out the raw vegan potluck happening every month nearby.
We enjoyed our stay at Lakewood National very much. The condo we rented was quite modern and comfortable. It was well stocked as well.

Really enjoyed staying in this condo unit. Great view of the 11th hole on Commanders Course. Shopping and restaurants are very close. Very open floor plan. Nicely furnished. Master - king bed was very comfortable.
This 2 BR condo was nearly brand new. I think we were one of the first renters. It was clean and modern The kitchen was well equipped and perfect for my wife and me, who were trying to refashion our diet and into cooking new things. The view of the Hole #11 on the golf course provided a nice diversion while reading on the lanai. I also appreciated the condo's close proximity to the golf course and fitness center. The beds were comfortable. ITrip was easy to work with. Four stars!
