Spectacular oceanfront upper unit with amazing views from awesome roof top deck!

Fabulous ocean view! The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Truly enjoyed the upper patio/balcony. This rental is not for someone with mobility issues due to stairs. The only negative is that you have to pay to use the washer and dryer. For the price of the rental this should be included. Overall a beautiful, comfortable place to stay!

We enjoyed staying at this property that was right on the beach with a great rooftop deck that we enjoyed sunset dinners on. My negatives were that there were no basic items such as salt and pepper and more pressing that it advertises a washer and dryer but fails to mention that they are in the garage and coin operated. It cost $1.50 to wash a load of clothes and another $1 to use the dryer. For the price paid per night on the property I would expect the washer and dryer to be free to use as it was a big inconvenience to go and get enough quarters to run the machines. Overall we enjoyed and would stay again.

My grandkids and I stayed in the condo for a week. One day at Disneyland and it was a short easy drive. The beach was perfect, we flew kites, collected shells and made memories. I highly recommend this condo because there are spaces for every age group. My only complaint is the coin operated washer/dryer. It is hard to find quarters today.

Excellent stay! Despite previous reviews, the wifi was strong and handled multiple devices easily. Could use some linen upgrades. Cell service is spotty in the entire area. Easy walk to multiple restaurants. Balcony is private and was the place we chose to hang out most of the time. We would definitely return.

My family had a wonderful time in our 5 day stay! The views out the large windows and breeze that came through was amazing. We enjoyed cooking family meals, enjoying the rooftop deck, beds were comfortable, lots of extra supplies for the week, and one of my favorite things - good water pressure! One problem we had is the cell service is not good (we have Verizon) and the WiFi could have been better, but we just enjoyed being unplugged! There is construction next door and they start between 7-8 am in the morning, but we didn’t mind as the view alone made up for the noise. Sometimes they were loud sometimes it was quieter, but we made the best of it. Highly recommended!

If you want to be on the beach, watch the surfers and the waves break from the kitchen, the living room, dining, deck and hear them from every room in the house, this is the place for you. Peaceful, calm, clean, comfortable, fully stocked and now filled with lasting memories, this house had lots of comfortable space to relax and entertain! Close to everything Newport and Orange County has to offer; food, shopping, miles of beach, piers and so much more. For us, everything we needed was right out the front door. : ) Wonderful week at the beach!!
