The unit also comes with 1 carport parking space, inside stack washer/dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning. This is one of the larger 2 bedroom floor plans you will see on the Balboa Peninsula. Perfect location to spend your evenings eating outside on the patio or your morning enjoying your coffee to the sound of the waves.

General Info:

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent this unit is 25 years old and to finalize the reservation a secure guest verification portal must be completed.

**All reservations are subject to owner approval**

Pets: Pets are not permitted on or about the premises. ADA service animals required because of a disability are allowed with advanced notice. ESA's, Emotional Support Animals, are not allowed.

Parking: 1 carport parking space

Bedding: Blankets, mattress pads, bed spreads, sheets and towels are provided!

Kitchen/Supplies: Our kitchens are supplied with all the basic dishes, utensils and cookware needed for everyday cooking. We also stock some cleaning supplies and dry goods such as paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, foil, etc. to help you begin your vacation however you may need to purchase additional supplies during your stay. We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.

You may want to bring: Laundry detergent, beach chairs/equipment, paper plates/plastic cutlery, extra beach towels, pens and paper, etc.

    The location and remodel of this house are great. I love the large downstairs patio. More attention to detail and some upgrades can make this house five stars. Cleaning always lacks … they really need to get light switches/kitchen cabinets. There is always food splatter and the switches are dirty. Whoever comes in after us is always lucky! I go through and wipe all touch surfaces down before we unpack. The master bed is extremely uncomfortable. Could use an upgraded mattress. We’ve stayed three times in this unit. Overall, it’s nice. I just wish there was more attention to cleaning and some furniture upgrades to beds and couch. Pillows on couch were dirty. I cover the couch for our stay. I know hundreds stay at this rental, but it would be nice to not see remnants of this fact.

    Everything about our stay at 111 was wonderful - proximity to the beach, the amenities, the vibes - everything. Leaving was tough. We certainly recommend this spot and will look to visit again.
