Stayed Apr 4, 2021Excellent location. Well kept grounds with short walk to beach. Beach quiet and beautiful. Nearby houses in same complex all similarly cared for. Property very clean. Quite a few food staples partially used located in refrigerator and cabinet- uncertain if this is advisable given current health concerns.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025My husband and I spent 5 nights and our grown son joined us for the weekend. The location is lovely to either sit on the patio or to be inside, looking out at the water and boats. Inside was nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable! All the amenities you need. The owner was available by phone as well when we had a few questions.

Stayed Sep 3, 2024My wife and I had a wonderful relaxing time at this beautifully decorated clean and centrally located condo. The neighborhood is quiet yet friendly. We felt very welcome and safe. The property owners Bob and Patty were extremely responsive and answered all of our questions during our entire stay. We would definitely definitely recommend this property!

Stayed Jun 15, 2024Although the photos on VRBO looked nice, the condo was much nicer than we expected. We loved the enclosed patio area and had most of our meals there. The neighborhood is delightful. The hosts were very responsive to our needs.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024If I could give 6 stars I would! This place is homey, comfortable and clean. I stayed here with a friend and we each had our own bedroom. Easy walk to the water and close to all we wanted to do on the Cape. We asked the owners to to recommend a beach and they suggested Chapin which was gorgeous and free after 4:00 pm. Very helpful and nice owners. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
