Oceanfront Condo with Panoramic Ocean Views on S. Hutchinson Island/Stuart

The place has outstanding views, is super child and pet friendly, comfortable beds and sofa. The property owner was readily available to answer any questions or resolve any minor issues (e.g. I had issues getting my laptop internet access but it was not a house issue rather my settings issue). The only recommendation is to take big spray as the mosquitos were active.

This was by 4th stay at Spoonbill! Can't say enough good things! The property is perfect! Great linens, great appliances, provided beach chairs and umbrellas.. Seriously, not one thing I would change!

From the moment you walk through the door. You see the open aquamarine view of the ocean. It takes your breath away. So beautiful. The condo itself is very clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Chairs and umbrella. Saw dolphins while sitting out on the balcony. Very peaceful and relaxing area. Quiet. Visited with family in the area. My teenage daughter rented a surfboard in the area from Ohana for the day. Snorkled along shore and her and my husband found a bull shark tooth and a giant empty conch shell! A lot of turtle nesting sites which is pretty neat along the beach. We were hoping to see one hatch. Are at The Dolphin restaurant one night for dinner, lunch at Shuckers up the road. Sent out for delivery pizza first night Vesuvio’s. Many nice restaurants in the area. Publix just down the street. Also visited bathtub beach around the corner. Has a reef wall, calm ocean waters. Snorkled there and saw many tropical fish. We will definitely choose to stay here again when we come down to visit. Check in process is a breeze. And great communication/information from host Johnnie. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful condo:)

Property was very nice and especially liked the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Johnnie was great in communicating with us with all the info to enter the condo and the beach area. Johnnie also had a list of restaurants that she recommended and we tried a number of the restaurants and they were great. They were also short drives and easy to get to. We really enjoyed the condo and area and would highly recommend.

We (2 adults and Child) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Condo. The location was great; right on the beach, with a pool, close to Restaurants, and the Grocery Store. You have a view of the Ocean pretty much from anywhere in the Condo! There were plenty of plates/bowls/silverware/cups/kitchen utensils. And lots of hooks in the bathroom, right outside the bathroom, and even on the balcony; which was great and somewhat rare from rentals we've had in the past. The unit had plenty of dish pods and garbage bags! The host's communication was great, very prompt and friendly from when we first book through checkout! We would 100% book this unit again!

We could only stay one night this trip, this Vrbo was so much better than another typical hotel night. Highly recommend staying at the beach whenever you can.

Property is right in the beach !

This property was all and more that we hoped it would be. Time walking on the beach, sipping coffee on the scenic patio and floating in the pool we’re just a few of the fantastic amenities we enjoyed at this beach property. We hope to visit again soon.

We had a great time at the condo. It's perfectly situated for enjoying the back from the balcony. Expansive view from the second floor. We watched the kids as they surfed right in front of the condo! Great area for the family, with lots of variety for the while family. Thanks Johnnie!

Nice condo with great views. End unit with more windows. Everything was as described. Unfortunately construction was still in progress but hopefully in the end phase. Overall awesome place and would stay there again.

We loved this condo. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings were so comfortable and relaxing. The unit had thoughtful details like cozy throws and lots of wall hooks for hanging up towels. The view from the balcony is outstanding. The host was very easy to contact and very helpful. We will definitely come back here again.

The second-floor corner location is perfect! We are both seniors and we spent most of our time on the balcony. The condo decorating is well done and up to date. The nearby Publix allowed us more time to spend at the beach. Our host Johnnie was a great communicator. The elevators were down for 4 days during our stay, and she kept us informed of the progress fixing and did everything she could to speed up the process. We look forward to returning again.

What you see in the photos is exactly what you get! This place is truly stunning, offering breathtaking ocean views! Everything was clean, comfortable, and cozy! The pool area was also well-maintained and inviting. We were thrilled to bring our two small dogs along, and they enjoyed it just as much! I want to particularly commend the host, Jonnie was always available whenever I had questions or needed help. We would definitely love to return!

My wife & I stayed at Johnnie's unit for our babymoon. It was a fantastic trip, everything was exactly as we hoped it would be. Her customer service is excellent. We look forward to bringing our baby girl next year. Gid Bless

Our stay was fantastic! The area was quiet since July is the “off season.” The condo had everything we needed and more. I sent a text to Johnnie asking about where to go to rent surfboards. She responded promptly with all of the information that I needed. She had even called the surf shop to get prices for me. We will definitely be back!
