Oceanfront Condo Located in Paradise on S. Hutchinson Island/Stuart

The condo was absolutely beautiful!! Enjoy the week of sun , pool, and beach. Would highly recommend this property!!

Beautiful view from the property we were in. Beach & pool view. Clean and well maintained room. Elevator broke down twice during the week stay. Lots of parking and plenty of room by the pool and beach. Pool was heated and cleaned often. This is a great place for families with children. Would return here again.

Always a great place to stay. We have been multiple times. Johnnie is always responsive to any needs you have. Great location. Great restaurants. Great beach. We hope to return.

Condo was perfect!

The condo was comfortable & had a beautiful ocean front access & view. Appliances were generally new & easy to operate. There weren’t enough towels & although there was a washer/ dryer available it wasn’t in the condo & cost . There were stains on the sheets & pillowcases but clean ones were available. All in all we had an enjoyable time..

Wonderful location. Sound of the surf. Morning sunrise. People & dogs so friendly Everyone was so nice. Love to come back. Actually trying for next year & the next couple of years. Highly recommend working with Johnnie!

What a great condo. The view is absolutely amazing. The pool was in great shape and not crowded. It offers an easy walk on a boardwalk right to the beach. We had a fantastic time and you will too.

My wife and I celebrated 23 years of marriage and had a wonderful time in the area. The condo was perfect for our needs, and we absolutely LOVED the view!! Would love to come back with our daughters one day and enjoy the pool, the beach, and the sights and sounds.

Beautiful little Florida town!

Great comfy furniture and bed. AC works well, kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils. Everything was clean . Looking out at ocean any time of day is a major plus. Would definitely recommend this unit

The property was convenient to restaurants, museums, beaches, and boating. Also had a great view of the ocean and a very nice pool.

All what is needed for a good, relaxing week. Comfortable bed, good pillows. A great ocean view balcony. Great area around. Thank you.

Overall stay was very relaxing and anything needed for the beach was provided. Great view. Could spend time on balcony and get great morning sun looking at ocean or the beach.

As charming as the first two times. Love the location. Johnnie is the best to deal with. Even with windy weather the pool was so enjoyable. Already booked for next year. And our dog loves it too!

If you want to be “Right on the beach” this is your place! Cute, clean, comfortable, and only steps to the sand! Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Spoonbill. Amazing location so close to the beach. Owners had a lot of little things that made it great- beach chairs, noodles for the pool, comfy bedding and blankets and much more. Johnnie was excellent.

We really enjoyed the condo, the views are great. The host was easy to work with and responded timely. We will return.

We always enjoy the quiet, clean and amazing beach in this property.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The place was clean, accessible and overall peaceful (despite the construction going around). The host was very prompt with communication. The place had additional chairs and umbrella for the beach along with a little surprise (a toy bucket with accessories) for the little one. She had a blast playing with those at the beach. We will return and hope to stay with you again.

Very clean, private and comfortable condo. Stunning direct ocean front views! Although, we were affected by tropical storm/mini Hurricane “Debby”, we stayed very comfortably on the balcony most of Saturday after noon, watching the waves and listening to music. Hutchinson Island is super nice! Recommend eating at Kyle G’s, which is down the street from Spoonbill. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back! *Bonus: Johnnie is extremely nice and very attentive, making sure our stay was perfect! Thank you so much!

The property and condo unit was in a great location on the beach. Even though we were warned & got a small discounted rate for our 5 days. Monday morning was a shocker, the Jack Hammers were right above our unit, the next 4 days. You always hope construction will be on the bottom floor or the other end of complex, it wasn't. The Elliot Museum was very rewarding & a must see.

We decided to tack on an extended weekend after some business travel. My wife found this place and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. Johnnie was great and the condo and amenities were just right. Thanks for sharing such a great place with us!
