Ocean Front Duplex with Views! Dog Friendly! Free Wifi!

The place was pretty dirty when we arrived, visible urine under the beds that wasnt from my dogs as I saw it there when we 1st arrived, and when I cleaned it up myself, the floors were very filthy. The view was nice, and amenities were alright. Could improve adding a dishwasher and some dog towels to use to clean up dog paws, or have an entrance rug and the back sliding door. All interactions with the host were good.

Great view, loved hearing the sounds of the ocean

Fantastic view. If you want to watch the sunset into the ocean this is perfect. Nice deck ,big windows for a great view. Check in is difficult if you dont communicate before you get to the house. There is very little to no signal. So check communication before you leave Newport.Our host did get a text through with the instructions to get in.It is supposed to be smoke free but clearly a previous owner or guest smoked inside.Over all a lovely stay.

Excellent views

Beautiful view..outside firepit..kitchen well stocked..relaxing!! Wish there was access to the beach...but the wind decided for us to just enjoy the view!!

This property was very dated but very clean. Very small. Decorated nicely. The TV in the bedroom was not fully functioning and the hot water heater in one bedroom did have a sour odor that never really went away. Our host graciously moved us last minute due to the prior tenants smoking in the unit- but the smell still permeated our side of the duplex. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit so didn’t have to deal with it until bedtime. My mistake- but never confuse Oceanview with ocean access. There are no stairs or path to the beach at this property. All nearby pathways are private property. Host did let us check in early and was prompt in answering any questions :)

We loved staying at this house. Everyone had a great time.

Property is very old and dated. Front door is bubbling with rust, nice beds and bedrooms small but cute, floor is sloping and uneven becarfule when you walk down the hall. Great views of the ocean but the deck is rotten and has broken boards, you can easily fall through the deck if you step wrong. Homeless people walk through the parking lot. the bathroom and shower remind me of a cheap hotel it works if you like your shower head at 4 ft 10 inches. back yard is trashed and junky. for the price per night find a better place to stay

Wonderful coast visit. Tidy cottage with fabulous ocean view.

This was a perfect place for our trip! So beautiful inside and out. The only downfall was not having beach access right off of the property but it was only about one mile away to the closest and it was great.

I enjoyed everything and the proximity to the ocean. I wish there was beach access on the property, a dishwasher, and laundry. These things would make it a perfect property. We enjoyed our stay.

Great property with decent privacy, aside from duplex unit on other side of fence. Great location away from hustle and bustle of Newport, and super close (1 minute drive!) to less busy Ona beach. Cozy house, beds not so much but otherwise great! Would come back 100%.
