Balboa Escape is designed for relaxing coastal stays, with bright living spaces, ocean breezes, and plenty of room for family and friends to gather after a day at the beach.

The main living area is filled with natural light and features comfortable seating, a stone fireplace, and a large TV. Step outside to the balcony with ocean views, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks while watching the energy of the peninsula.

A second living room on the first floor provides additional space to unwind with its own sofa and TV—ideal for families or groups who want multiple lounge areas.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and cookware for preparing meals at home. A large dining table seats up to 8 guests, making it easy to enjoy meals or game nights together.



This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1: California King bed, TV, balcony access, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower

• Bedroom 2: Two Queen beds and TV

    This place is great - easy access to the beach and restaurants, easy parking, great amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc.). The only annoyances are:1. It's a little hard to find. Google takes you to the street-front, but you have to come around the side to find the garage2. It's vertical. If you struggle with stairs, it's a bad fit3. The icemaker in the fridge doesn't work. It's not a huge deal, but it's annoying. Great spot!

    Location could not be beat & beds very comfortable. Minor housekeeping - didn’t look like master sink was cleaned, baseboards could use a coat of paint - scratched and dirty. No ice and light bulbs out. All in all a great stay.

    We had a great experience. Plenty of space. Sometimes when a listing says “sleeps 8”, it is really 5 or 6. Sometimes pictures lie. Not in this case. It was as advertised. We definitely recommend this property.

    Ample room for family of five. Lots of stairs. Inconvenient that there isn’t a bathroom located in the living area. Area is walkable and has plenty of dining options. It’s a little noisy, trash pickup, sirens and loud people coming home from a night out. We enjoy our 5 night stay.

    The check-in process was super clear and easy!! The property could use some updates and 3 levels of living is intense but I would absolutely stay again because of the hospitality of the hosts and the space afforded!
