We are located in the Marriott Resort on Hutchinson Island. This is a wonderful 3rd floor 1 bed-1 bath condo with a full kitchen and everything provided for a relaxing beach vacation. The balcony faces east and has an amazing view of the Ocean and our private beach (the beach is only for residents of Indian River Plantation and our building and the building next door)

Stayed Sep 14, 2024Wonderful location for our recovery getaway. We needed a time to disconnect and recharge, and this condo was simply perfect. Right on the beach, staring at the thundering ocean below, protected from storms that rolled through, and full of privacy, the location was ideal. Took advantage of the beach and salt-water pool, as well as biking along beautiful Hutchinson Island. Low season, so nearly had the building to ourselves. Really fantastic and recommend highly.
