View of St Lucie river, on ground floor and very close to heated pool, hardwood floors, open kitchen/living room plan. King size bed and has large closet. Quite and close to everything. Nice view of the river out the back. No smoking. This is a HMO association so we do both a criminal and background check. Guest are required to comply with all HOA regulations. There is a $100 application fee. 90 day minimum stay.

Stayed Jul 1, 2021We loved the property and area and would definitely recommend this to our family and friends and anyone looking for a nice quiet place to relax and enjoy. Beautiful view out on the back screened in patio to enjoy the evenings. Plenty of things to do in the area.
