Stayed Sep 9, 2022The apartment suited our needs for the weekend but the bed configuration was not accurate in the listing specifically the queen bedroom does not have a futon. My son wanted to stay in the room with me and my husband and that was one of the reasons we chose this property. The back of the bathroom door was covered in beard shavings when we arrived and there was other small trash and dirt on the floors. In all it was a great location and we spent every night on the beach having dinner, talking and playing. Newport Coffee Co is a wonderful morning walk. It was a perfectly fine rental and the best asset is the location by far. Good communication and would rent again.

Stayed Oct 24, 2021This unit is the upstairs of a multi unit property. The location is amazing just steps away from a great beach with daily surf and the other side near shopping. Bring your own amenities as most things are not provided. It was listed in the information, but we missed it. Had a small concern with the gas dryer and it was dealt with promptly. All and all, we would definately stay again.

Stayed Apr 23, 2021The house was clean and neat, everything we needed was readily available - The hot water tank went out on the first night, but was fixed early the next morning! We enjoyed the games that were in the coffee table - especially Rummikub - so much fun after a day of enjoying the beach! My only negative was that the kitchen sink backed up one morning, but with a little hot water we were able to get it cleared up.
