Condo w/Views, Beach, Htd Pool, Pickleball, Golf Cart,Gym, Walk to Restaurant

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Had a slight issue with one of the showers that was fixed the next day, otherwise the unit was great and had everything we needed for the week. Communication with property manager was great throughout the stay also. Would definitely come back and stay again!

We had such a special week staying here! When we come back to the island, we will check here for availability! It met our needs perfectly. We are considering renting several units to bring back our families. Brett took great care of us and was consistently available to answer questions. We frequently enjoyed using the golf cart to go to the Atlantic coast, in addition to the Sound side. Snorkeling around the shipwreck was fantastic! Lots of fish both juvenile and mature! If you want unobstructed views I do recommend getting a second floor unit. As are all things in the Caribbean, expect a little wear and tear, but nothing that interefered with the comfort and enjoyment of our stay. I do recommend following the Eleuthera forum on Facebook .. that was how we got notification of a planned electrical outage for most of the day, so we could adjust our plans accordingly.

everything as described!! house, view, colors and furniture were precise. recommended location because it is located in the middle of the island near the most beautiful beaches and very close to 2 small restaurants on the beach, very simple but typical and panoramic at sunset. I recommend renting a car to easily reach the nearby wonderful Caribbean beaches 🤩

We lost power for very long periods of time due to gale force winds we had during our stay. Unfortunately, there is no back up generator and the oven is only electric. We had a great stay at Buttonwood Reserve and would stay there again but, back up power would be a great upgrade to the property.

Everything we needed for a beach day was there except snorkel gear which we already know to bring. The location was remote, but less than 30 mins to GH and not too far to other beach access locations and restaurants. We walked and rode bikes to JC. All the basic kitchen needs were there. We cooked a lot, so had to improvise some. Golf carts weren’t always charged, but there are several to pick from. Overall, this stay was absolutely paradise!

The gym could have more equipment and sitting on the balcony in the morning and evening was difficult as the noseeums were very bad at this time of year. The pool and area is beautiful and water temperature very nice. One suggestion would be to cut away the brush from one side of the pickle ball court as when the ball goes in it is difficult to find and the noseeums make a meal of your legs. Your property is one of the nicest properties on the island and very central.
