Condo w/ mountain & partial ocean view - upper balcony

Great location near everything but still quiet. Tucked into the hill.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The manager was so kind and thoughtful—she even let us check in early since we arrived on an earlier boat, which meant a lot to us. The place was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our whole group. Plus, the location couldn’t be better—close to everything! We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again

We had an amazing weekend staying at this condo! The place was absolutely spotless when we arrived — everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of. The early check-in was such a huge bonus and made the start of our trip so much smoother. Unfortunately, we ended up getting stuck on the island due to weather, but the hosts were incredibly understanding and flexible, which took so much stress off our shoulders. Their communication was great the entire time. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

The condo was conveniently located, clean and spacious for the 4 of us. The host was also very communicative and it was easy to check in.

Great quiet location for a family stay, yet only three flat blocks away from shops and restaurants, and the beach. We didn’t use the complex’s pool or hot tub because they are not heated during the week in the offseason including March.

I had a wonderful stay at the condo. Everything is as described, the place was well kept, the host was responsive. I have no complaints and would happily book again in the future!

Everything was great! The place looked just like the pictures, and the mattress was super comfortable — we all slept amazingly well. It made our vacation even more relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The condo was exceptional. Well appointed, clean, newly renovated with a nice view. The photos portrayed the condo accurately. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay. The condo is spacious and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for our boys to have there own space. Even though it is a condo, we never felt like we didn't have privacy.My only hope is that they get a larger barbecue than the one that is currently in place.Allison, the property manager, was responsive and easy to work with, she made checking in a breeze. We are planning on returning again next year.

My family of five (kiddos ages 6, 9, and 11yr) had such a wonderful stay here! This property had everything we needed and the location was fantastic - a 5-10 min walk to the beach/stores and local grocery store! My kids esp loved the heated pool and swam multiple times per day! The property manager Allison was very responsive and so kind, we will def stay here again! The second we checked out the kids were asking to plan another trip - that’s the best gift a parent can get!

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of space, good amenities, great views and comfortable beds. The only disappointment was the hot tub was not very warm. The pool temperature was ok.

My kids and I spent a wonderful weekend in Catalina and this condo was base camp. The beds are very comfortable and the layout allowed each of us to have our own private space. The condo is on a hill and does have a lot of stairs, something to consider if you have mobility problems.

Our adult kids stayed here during our family vacation to Avalon. It was clean, neat and the entire process was easy and enjoyable. The pool is beautiful and the condo is so close to everything. Will be back!

Wonderful stay!!

We had a great, relaxing time. The property is nice and spacious and stocked well with essentials. The area is super walkable — about 10 minutes from the ferry and 10-20 minutes to the other areas of town.
