Stayed Jun 24, 2023Great Location, great place. Primary bedroom is large but the other 2 bedrooms are not very big. Bath and beach towels were provided but no chairs. The place was clean and management was easy to work with. Other reviews mention the loud water heater and it is very loud, also any steps taken upstairs are very loud but that is the same at any place I've ever stayed.

Stayed Sep 2, 2022What a GREAT last minute get away! Thank you for the bag of ice and plenty of towels. Most importantly my dad who is in a wheelchair was able to enjoy this place as well! We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jun 21, 2022We enjoyed the 1 block walk to the beach, the bike paths, and close proximity of grocery. Comfortable accommodations, lively and friendly neighborhood, relaxing patio. We needed another full day to really appreciate the time together! Read the reviews to see if this is the place for you!

Stayed Apr 17, 2018This is a great unit and is local to pretty much everything you'd want by foot. Its clean, bright and airy....but the hard floors upstairs and the younger tenants that occupy the two apartments up there make the lower LOUD.
