Stayed Apr 6, 2026The house was perfect for us. Loved being right on the beach and they had everything we needed there. Would definitely come back to this beach house again.Only suggestion would to put a nicer table and comfortable chairs on the patio. Plastic chairs were not comfortable for me being almost 60. Great stay, great memories and loved the back bedroom where my husband and I could go get rest and watch tv while the adult kids could enjoy the rest of the house.

Stayed Mar 8, 2026The location of this unit is amazing. The view is spectacular. Easy to walk to stores and restaurants. The unit is very family friendly. The bedrooms and bathrooms are great. The kitchen has everything you need. Communications with management team was wonderful. Check in and check out were smooth. Will definitely book again!

Stayed Aug 14, 2024Home was more than we had expected for our family vacation. High quality linens, beach towels provided, extra toilet/paper towels, kitchen had everything needed to cook all our meals (even a slowcooker). The AC was an added bonus! We will definitely book again!!

Stayed Oct 27, 2022This condo is in a beautiful part of Newport Beach and is right on the sand. The condo was spotless and had loads of towels and beach towels for us. This was a girls trip with five of us and we had plenty of room. The condo is very nicely appointed and has the extra benefit of a parking spot in a secured garage. George, the owner, is fabulous! we will definitely come back!
