Guests occupy the entire apartment ( one of three apartments in the building) which is convenient to the laundry room. You will have street parking available. There is no designated parking spot for the unit. The Laundry room is shared by other guests in the triplex. Note the TV is a smart TV with Netflix, Roku, YoutubeTV. There is no cable tv. The TV has an articulating arm.

    The Wedgw condo in Corona Del Mar was one of the very best units I have ever rented. It was spotless, well equipped, and only 2 1/2 blocks from the ocean. Jennifer, the owner was extremely responsive to every request that I have. I absolutely will return to the wedge. If I could give it more than five stars, I would.

    It was very nice to be able to walk to the beach and walk to all the restaurants and shops. One day we drove to Laguna and Dana Point and spent the day in the shops and beach.

    We loved our stay in CDM. The unit was incredibly clean, comfortable, and included everything we needed for our stay. The location to the beach (steps away) was fantastic, and the neighborhood was both peaceful at night and lively with a wide range of activities to take in during the day. A perfect combination!

    We really enjoyed staying here! Great location, walking distance to great beach, restaurants, nice walking trails, etc. The place was clean and had everything we needs, even for the beach. We loved sitting on the grass a couple blocks down overlooking the ocean and beach. It was a really great place! Highly recommended!
