Our Vacation Condo is a few minutes from town, shopping, and the beach. It is a spacious 900 square foot unit which has a large complete kitchen, balcony with a barbecue, queen sized bed, queen sized sofa bed, dining area, and two TV's. You will have use of the Jacuzzi which holds 10 people and the large pool. Our unit is located above the garden area and the Condos are nicely landscaped and maintained. To make things even better you will have full time use of our street licensed golf cart,

Stayed Nov 19, 2025The host was amazing & welcoming. The condo was clean and bright and we enjoyed staying there. We did have an issue with the hot tub. We found out after we arrived that it’s only turned on during the weekend which was a big disappointment. Our host did compensate us for the error. It was a great location, easy to get around and having the golf cart was a real bonus.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025The property manager did a great job showing us where everything was and the golf cart was helpful.There were no remote controls for the TV's. The house was clean but the pull out beds were VERY uncomfortable for our adult daughters.

Stayed Feb 11, 2022This is the second time that we had stay at this property, very happy and satisfied although the condo we stayed at is under some renovation it was still very cozy and comfortable. Quiet and we always felt very safe. It's located walking distance to a lot of different points of interest and of course having the golf cart available was a plus. Can't wait till we go back again but, hopefully by then the pool and jacuzzy facilities will be available.

Stayed Jul 2, 2020The golf cart was filthy & should have had the trash throw out & cleaned. It looked liked it had sat outside for at least six months without be touched or one piece of trash being thrown out. I know how valuable having a golf cart is but its condition was really unacceptable. I would have even paid to have someone clean it. mr hunt was very enjoyable to work with & was accommodating. I love the island. We have been going tp Catalina for over ten years for the 4th of July as a family tradition with my grandchildren.

Stayed Nov 15, 2019This place is perfect for a couple or small family. This was our first time staying at this place, but 2nd at this Condo Association. It is a nice place to stay and close enough to walk to the hustle and bustle, but far enough to get a nice quiet sleep.
