Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was fantastic, but not just because the setting and the apartment were lovely but because every time an issue arose they aggressively moved to address it. Wifi was weak so they brought a portable unit. The screen door wouldn’t slide properly so they replaced the door and frame! Too many mosquitoes so they brought in mosquito candies. They did every possible to make sure we would enjoy the apartment which had a stunning view of the ocean and is bright and nice inside.

Stayed Jan 1, 2022We had a wonderful stay in Akumal, which is nicely centrally located to explore the cenotes and ruins nearby in Riveria Maya. The condo was great, with a nice working kitchen and 2 spacious bedrooms and a deck that overlooks the ocean. There wasn't a hammock, as picutred, but we found one for sale at a local vendor and enjoyed reading while listneing to the waves!
