This reservation is not assignable by Guest without prior approval from owner. The person that signs rental agreement must stay during the noted timeframe and must pay for the reservation. A very comfortable house to stay. Kitchen is fully equipped. Location is ideal for exploring all the ski hills.
Comfortable, nice place and great location for skiers
This property was really clean, and had everything that we needed. We were really impressed. 4 of us were visiting, and it was very comfortable for us all to stay here. Living area was open, furniture was nice and comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. When we visited, there were a few days of snow storms. Snowplows cleared the driveways twice a day so that we could get out. The is located close to shuttle bus stops so my husband walked and took the bus up the canyons daily to ski, so I could keep the car. We would definitely stay here again. We are going to re-book in the summer. Thanks Matt for a great stay.
Our visit was 100% positive. The host, Matt, responded to questions quickly and clearly. The unit was very clean. The layout was great, with spacious common areas. The kitchen was very well equipped and well stocked. We really appreciated the boot warmer. The location was very convenient to Solitude, Brighton, Snowbird, and Alta. I highly recommend this property.

This was our second stay. The condo is beautiful and spacious, everything you need is provided. Matt is very responsive and was great just like last time. I highly recommend this property!!
Boot drier, ski tuning room, ski and snowboard racks in the garage along with a great kitchen and quiet, comfortable places to stretch out and relax. This place was perfect for recovering from a hard day skiing. It is close to big and little cotton wood canyon and only an hour away from Snow Basin which was blue bird when the canyons were socked in. There is also a grocery store and a great ski shop 1/2 mile away that does repairs fast.

This is the perfect easy access location to Big/Little Cottonwood Canyons! The home is very accommodating and well furnished. It had everything we needed and there is easy access to shopping, restaurants, etc. nearby. Our family enjoyed every minute of it and we will definitely be back!

So conveniently located from the city. 25 minutes to Vivant. We always enjoyed getting away from the hustle/bustle to a quiet beautiful setting. Very pleased. Coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores just minutes from the condo. Matt was The Best to work with. Allowed early registration for our convenience which was so appreciated. We would definitely come back to stay at this condo. Beautiful location!!!

The property was wonderful. Very clean and well kept. Great location, close to all ski resorts and downtown. We had a terrific time hiking, skiing and just hanging out at the condo playing games (large selection in dining area)....great fun. We will be coming back to Salt Lake City and staying here again! Matt's unit (H4) is the best one I have stayed at (out of 30 or so in North America) over the years. +: 1. Great floor layout 2. Terrific kitchen -- it has every cooking instrument imaginable, and very well organized. It seems the owners are serious cooks. 3. Very good furniture. We particularly liked the formal dining table, which is our communal work space. 4. Exceptional ski related equipments on the garage level. 5. Matt is highly responsive. 6. Internet speed is high and stable. 7. A terrific selection of games for indoor days. We'd try to stay here again on our next trip to SLC.
The perfect location!
This townhouse was meticulous! It had everything we needed in a home away from home. Conveniently located to grocery stores, ski shops, retail shopping, restaurants and more! The furnishings and decor were lovely! We toured Westminster and The U, both which were about 25 minutes away. Matt was very easy to communicate with! We can't wait to return!
The house was very nice. The pictures did not do it justice. It was well supplied with anything we needed. Loved the location! It was wonderful to get away from all the commotion of the convention.
The condo was great, lots of room, everything was very clean, comfortable, appliances and electronics were terrific and it had everything we needed.
A group of friends and myself rented this home for several days for a ski trip. We skied two days at Alta and Snowbird and the third at Park City. The house is mere minutes away from Alta and Snowbird. The drive to Park City was also only about 40 minutes and very easy via the interstate. Also convenient was its proximity to the airport, which was about 20 minutes. Wonderful grocery store was less than a five minute drive and liquor store was nearby, too. The house itself is massive and very well-appointed. The bathroom had finely folder towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, etc. just as would be provided in a hotel. The dinning room was great for a communal dinner amongst pals and the kitchen had every utensil needed to cook a full-blown dinner our first night there (linguini in white wine clam sauce). The mud room downstairs with the benches, hooks and closets was awesome. Keeps the gear out of the way while it dries and maintains a homey atmosphere upstairs without clutter. The boot dryer was so great, especially considering two of our three days were powder days! No skiing with wet boots or gloves. The owner was extremely responsive, helpful with pointers about the area, and generally pleasant to deal with. Refund of security deposit was effectuated expeditiously as well, which was appreciated. Pro Tip - Book this place with confidence.
Good location, great layout.
We were two couples and had a wonderful stay at Matt’s condo. He is very responsive and helpful with questions about stores, ski rentals, etc. The condo was spotless and organized well. The couch in the LR is beyond comfortable as are the two chairs. The TV was easy to operate and only ONE remote controlled everything. Matt has ski trail maps for Alta/Brighton/Solitude and Snowbird. Other nice touches include cool faux candles in the dining room. The beds were all very comfortable. Firm, yet plush. In short, Matt is a great host and has thoroughly provisioned the condo to his guests visit memorable.

Beautiful property in a great location between SLC and the mountains!
We came for a last minute reservation after hearing of the great snow conditions. The host, Matt, was quite helpful and gave us all the information that we needed to enjoy our stay. We have skied Snowbird, Solitude and Alta in the past. Great location for all resort access. The condo had trail maps for all the different ski resorts in the area - Matt is a local resident and has skied /snowboarded them all during the last 20 years so gave us tips. This trip we skied Park City, and it was only a little over a half hour drive from the condo. Condo is well appointed and clean - everything looks new. Comfortable living room furniture with fireplace that heats the room nicely. Liked the smart TV for viewing Netflix shows, and videos from our tablets / smart phones. We ate most meals at the condo, and the kitchen had really everything we needed. Grocery store and shopping was close by. 4 nights, 3 fabulous days of skiing! A plus for us was the boot and glove warmer - great for drying everything out at the end of the day and ready for the next day. We are usually timeshare travelers. We decided to try Home Away instead because there were no timeshare weeks available. Glad that we did. Great value for the money! And much better than other places / timeshares we have stayed in the past. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others - we will definitely be back.
Very nice and large recently remodeled unit with just about everything one could want. Fully stocked kitchen so you could cook whatever you might like to. Top of the line washer and dryer was very nice and quiet. The utility room with tools came in very handy, as my son's snowboard bindings got a bit loose, so having the room and tools to make repairs was great. Wish it had a jacuzzi, but it wasn't in the ad. We had a little problem with the Kuerig coffee maker, and the owner offered to come over to fix it. He ended up walking us through the fix over the phone so that was great.
