Breathtaking, unique & highly upgraded lower unit right on the Balboa Boardwalk!

What a wonderful stay! Perfect location. I chose this home due to reviews about location and being able to accommodate a large group and I can say I was not disappointed! Now the driveway to garage is extremely steep, but parking was no problem. Plenty of lots and or public parking. Everything was wonderful and will choose to stay again!

My daughters had a 3 day weekend so we planned some beach time. It was important for us to be right on the sand, and that we were! It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. Parking on site was too tight for my Tesla to fit but there was ample street parking available during the off season and the parking lot is just a few steps away for convenience. We walked to the fun zone and to dinner each night so didn't cook at all but enjoyed spending some quality time together. The place is very large with plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. It would have been nice to have beach gear, coolers, or bikes provided so I didn't have to lug so much stuff to the house and back for just a long weekend but we made it work!

We had our two sons and their families join us for a family reunion. There were ten of us from 65 to 6 and we never felt cramped or on top of each other. Great location! Twenty more family members were down the boardwalk so it was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and Fun Zone. The house was big enough and clean and well equipped. All of the TVs and appliances worked, even the fireplace. Mattresses not very comfortable but that is to be expected. I loved this beach house!

We came into town for a memorial. The management company from day one were amazing. We had one tiny issue and although I said it wasn’t urgent they were there within a few hours to fix it. The location was perfect and the accommodations were great. There was enough of everything for our stay. We so appreciate how amazing they were. They were five star all across the board!!

Our family of 9 rented this for a week and we enjoyed every minute! The house had plenty of beds and space for our large family. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit and AC. Both unique to other vacation rentals we've had in the past in the area. They provided plenty of towels, beach towels, hand soap and toilet paper. Some things to note: the silverware is limited (literally 10 forks). The kitchen is well supplied to cook most meals. There is PLENTY of salt and pepper in the unit, but no other spices. As I noted above, they provide hand towels and bath towels, but no wash cloths. The parking situation is tight. We struggled parking our 2021 Ford Explorer in the tandem space. We made it work, but it takes patience and time. Overall, we loved this place and we would rent it again in a heartbeat!
