BIRD'S EYE VIEW 5 min walk to beach, lovely views of golfcourse, lakes, sunsets

Great host, thoughtful and well-prepared—everything we needed was already on hand. The community is warm and welcoming, and the location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and everything else you might need. And the sunsets? Truly some of the best you’ll ever experience, all from the comfort of the balcony. A wonderful stay all around!

This condo is wonderful! A beautiful view of the golf course and the lake. Just a few minutes' walk to the pool and private beach access. You can see the sunrise from the ocean and the sunset from the screened in Lanai. Everything you need for the beach is supplied. Ruth has a selection of games and books for your enjoyment. I especially appreciated the local artists work displayed throughout; it gave me the feeling of being home! All of the linens were high quality and in excellent shape. The kitchen had really nice dishes and silverware as well as cookware. Love,love,love this place. Oh yeah....Shells galore at the beach. given the opportunity I would defiantly stay there again.

Ruth's condo was perfect for us! With a fabulous view of water and wildlife, we were able to relax and enjoy nature all around us. The beach was a quick walk and Ruth had everything we needed, from beach chairs to towels and more. Loved seeing the sunrises with coffee! Can't say enough good about this gem by the sea!

This is a lovely unit and property and is as advertised. There was a hurricane during our stay and Ruth alerted us immediately and kept us apprised throughout. The unit had hurricane shuttered and was completely safe. The beach which was just yards away was beautiful as was the pool. Beds were very comfortable. In all, we had a great time and can't wait to return. Thanks Ruth!

Ruth was an outstanding host for her lovely condo. She was responsive, welcoming and down-home easy to work with. Her condo was immaculate and well situated for all our activities. It's an ideal place to make wonderful memories with family and friends.

Ruth, the property owner is super responsive and very easy to deal with and is very accommodating. The unit is well equipped with beach and pool equipment and is really very well located. 50 steps to the 88° pool, 5 min walk to the beach, and close to many wonderful restaurants and attractions. 5 min run to the supermarket and liquor store! This is a very nicely maintained unit and I would consider renting again.

Tremendous villa. Had a great and will be back next year. The villa had everything we needed. Very clean, great view, and perfect for what we wanted. Highly recommend this villa. Owners were excellent to work with and very attentive to any problems.

Ruth's place is in the absolute perfect location for a family vacation - it has immediate access to a very quiet, private beach, tennis courts, and easy bike ride to a local grocery store, convenience store, and surf shop. I stayed here for a few months and had a wonderful time. The community and condo are in impeccable shape. A real find. My highest recommendation, will definitely return whenever I have the chance!
