Stayed Oct 10, 2024Great Location and the rental company was excellent to work with. The property however is in need of a refresh. Furniture was older, dated and uncomfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms are old as well.

Stayed Aug 6, 2023The house is great - comfortable for a large family and was outfitted with everything we needed. The roof deck is the best - we had our coffee up there every morning! There is no TV on the main floor which I really appreciated - we played games and chatted instead! The air conditioning made sleeping very comfortable. The location is amazing - you can walk to the waves beach (ocean side), and you can walk to a no-waves beach (on the bay). SUP rentals are also within walking distance. The management company is OUTSTANDING. The washer malfunctioned while we there, and they replaced the entire washer in 24 hours. The people at Villa Rentals are very responsive (like right away) and above that, are kind and understanding people. I look forward to renting with them again. Definitely 5 stars!

The property was close to the beach and had a view of the bay and even the ocean from the top floor. We would stay here again next time we visit Newport Beach. Thank you!

Stayed Jun 23, 2022Excellent property, clean, and close to the fun on Newport Beach. The open floor plan is inviting, the kitchen had what we needed. Parking is a nightmare on the peninsula and the garage was too small to accommodate our vehicle. This property is uniquely situated between the bay and the beach. We got to decide if we wanted a beach with waves or without waves and we had fun at both. Overall it was an excellent experience. Our only complaint was the smell of weed that infiltrated the beach house from the neighbors.
