Stayed Apr 5, 2026Beautiful, light filled home. The location is fantastic, as it's an easy two block walk to the beach. The home is beautiful, although it needs a deep clean, freshened up upholstery and it could use some maintenance to fix up areas, like the kitchen drawers. It was wonderful to have the three floors and the rooftop is special! Great communication with the owner.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024Great Location and the rental company was excellent to work with. The property however is in need of a refresh. Furniture was older, dated and uncomfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms are old as well.

Stayed Aug 6, 2023The house is great - comfortable for a large family and was outfitted with everything we needed. The roof deck is the best - we had our coffee up there every morning! There is no TV on the main floor which I really appreciated - we played games and chatted instead! The air conditioning made sleeping very comfortable. The location is amazing - you can walk to the waves beach (ocean side), and you can walk to a no-waves beach (on the bay). SUP rentals are also within walking distance. The management company is OUTSTANDING. The washer malfunctioned while we there, and they replaced the entire washer in 24 hours. The people at Villa Rentals are very responsive (like right away) and above that, are kind and understanding people. I look forward to renting with them again. Definitely 5 stars!
