The front patio offers a peek-a-boo ocean view, comfortable seating, a barbecue, and the ability to dine al fresco as you enjoy the sounds of the surf and ocean breezes.


The open floor plan of the great room allows the kitchen, dining, and living areas to expand via glass sliding doors to the patio. The dining area inside and outside are next to each other making it easy for everyone to dine together.


The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and dine at home. After a full day at the beach, cozy up to the fireplace and enjoy your favorite movie or show on the flat screen TV. Comfortable seating and a ceiling fan will keep you comfortable.


The king master bedroom has a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet and an en suite bath with a large walk-in shower. A 2nd queen bedroom shares a hallway bath with a shower/tub combination.


There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room so this home sleeps 6 comfortably in beds, with a maximum of 6 guests allowed. All bed and bathrooms are outfitted with an ample supply of premiere linens to ensure your ease and comfort.


Additional amenities include direct access to a shared laundry room, and WIFI and cable. Street parking is also available.

This home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning.


This home will work well for those who cannot easily navigate stairs.


This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

    The furniture and beds were old. The beds were very uncomfortable. The place was clean but could use an update, especially the furniture. The outside patio furniture did not match the pictures on the website. They were also old. We did enjoy though the fire out on the patio.

    The place is dirty. There is no binder to tell you if there are beach chairs or amenities. Beds are horrible. Furniture is gross and old and dirty. All the furniture is noisey and rickety. All items just seem half broken or super old. No extra towels or blankets. The space with air mattress is a disaster just gross. If it weren’t for the location I would want a refund.

    When upon arriving we asked for an early check in, that was not available. We were bummed but decided to just wait in the car by the house, we were coming off 7 days at Disney so this would have been nice. We got into the property right at 4 pm and immediately felt like the pictures online are so deceiving and looked nothing like what we walked into. This home is more for a bachelor party & not a family getaway. It was not very clean, the home needs a complete remodel. We ended up reaching out to our host and they could not accommodate a house change, but they did refund cleaning fee. Overall we got over the home and enjoyed the sceneries & had fun in town!

    The major challenge with this property is that if you have any questions or issues, you will never hear back. My wife and I tried to call, email, send messages on the Vacasa app, and they never replied ever to our questions. TV doesn’t work but location is great. The house isn’t in the best condition. We were very frustrated by the company that manages the property.

    Great location, large and convenient set up. Garage access is awesome. Beds could be updated, could be cleaner for sure. (found 2 pairs of used contacts on vanity). Excellent for the price!

    This 2 bdr/2 bath beach house was perfectly situated. It was a few minutes walk to the beach and even less to groceries and restaurants. Our family of five appreciated the amenities like beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs. And it’s only a 25 minute drive to Disneyland.

    Great location. short walk to beach. close to grocery, eateries, rental. Newport Beach is always good. Property is as advertised, clean and roomy. Plenty of room for us 4 adults and 1 child. The one neg is the quality of the beds. both sink in the middle.
