Air conditioned Balboa Island Flat, Steps to Balboa Island Ferry, w/Parking. Amazing Location!

We LOVED this vacation rental. Best location on the island. Close to the ferry and close to the public swim area. Very clean! Beds were comfy and kitchen was fully stocked. Great communication from agency and even an early check in. Would book here again for sure!

Great location. Very much the Balboa Island experience with proximity to the water, shopping and eating. Staying on the island is a great experience and during the Xmas season beautiful with lights and decorations.

Awesome place to stay my only complaint is no one mentioned there was constant air traffic noise early in the morning which makes it hard to sleep in.

Overall impression. Pros: property mgmt allowed an early check in. Great location. AC was great to have! Kitchen was updated. Laundry facility was just a few doors away. Ferry was just down the street. Cons: No laundry inside the unit. Ferry could get expensive if you want to go to the beach often. Bathroom could use updating. Keurig was broken.

Absolutely fabulous location on the island, love the ferry lights at night, pickleball court, Succulent Coffee next door is the BOMB, incredible party deck, spacious and comfortable and clean common space, well laid out bedrooms and bathroom, nicely appointed kitchen, easy private parking, great stay!!!

Amazing stay on Balboa Island! Highly recommend!

We had a good stay here. We really enjoyed the large open kitchen and living area with all the windows that open onto the deck. The place was clean and welcoming. Most of the place was nicely updated. Would love to see them update the old bathroom shower tub and tile as well . The sometimes bustling restaurant with the sounds of people enjoying themselves right next door was a non-issue most nights after 8:30 p.m. after which everything was very quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at your home on the island! Very conveniently located near the ferry and a great cantina restaurant! The home is very nice and was perfect for us and the kids. It was an easy walk across the ferry to go whale watching and take the kids to the fun zone too!

Excellent information provided ahead of check in. Covered reserved parking a great plus. Loved the kitchen and living area. Queen bed and pillows were very comfortable. Particularly enjoyed the heater in the bathroom on our cold winter morning. Close to all the action....two minute walk to the ferry to get to the peninsula, 5 minute walk to get to the cute downtown area. The neighborhood does an amazing job decorating for Christmas. We enjoyed our stay.

My family stayed here for a week during Thanksgiving, visiting my sister, who lives in Newport. This accommodation was great. The best highlights were: Walking pretty much everywhere on Balboa Island. Walking to the ferry to get to Balboa Peninsula and exploring around there, and walking to the beaches. My kids loved the small park across the street with the basketball goal and playground. The restaurant right next door served delicious Mexican food. We invited my sister's family over, and I grilled dinner for everyone. The dedicated parking spot is great! Overall we were very happy with the accommodation and would stay there again.

Even though I booked thru VRBO, this property is managed by iTrip. My only negative comment is I had to pay a $140 fee to VRBO. But thereafter all arrangements and communication was thru iTrip. iTrip was very helpful, professional and courteous. Checkin and Checkout was excellent and all communication with iTrip was exceptional, fast responses, and Courteous.

We enjoyed the location of this home! Easy to take the ferry or walk into town. Home was beautiful and having a parking spot every day and not having to look for on street parking was icing on the cake! The cleaning person forgot to change the sheets in the master bedroom because they were not clean at all but I am sure it was just an oversight. We will definitely be staying here again!!

This is a lovely unit strategically placed on Balboa Island near the ferry, making it easy to walk either over to Marine Ave. or across the ferry to the peninsula. I loved having air-conditioning (which worked perfectly and quietly) and a reserved, covered driveway parking spot (an uncommon amenity on the island). It's also great being next to Todos Santos for coffee in the morning and amazing dinner in the evening. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Great location, easy to walk everywhere and take the ferry to Newport Beach

Property is just as pictured. No frills but very well organized, everything very easy to use. A/C works very well, BBQ grill is really great, all kitchen appliances in good working order, bath towels fresh, soft and plentiful, roomy closets. Great location if you want close to ferry, easy walking to bayfront.

We found the house to exactly fit our needs. The Ferry is right down the street, giving us easy access to the beach, the pier, and Newport Landing Restaurant on the other side. It is a short walk to the boardwalk and the shops on Marine. Being two bedrooms, I could use one as an office, as I brought a card table to set up in the unused room. All rooms are air-conditioned and work effectively and quietly. While there is no garage, there is a canvas canopy where one can park their car. We especially liked the large, front porch with the overhead awnings where we could eat our meals and sit any time of day. The TV was very nice and there were many channels from which to choose. We will definitely book this again. Great Value for the money.
