A magnificent, one-of-a-kind lower unit that you won't want to leave!

The floor plan, cleanliness and location were perfect.

Our family had 3 different units for the week all within about 10 houses and all directly on the beach. This was far and away the best unit we rented! It was beautiful, clean, updated and perfect for our vacation. We loved coming back to the unit each night and waking up on the ocean was perfect for my zen. Ground floor was awesome for people watching and access to the beach. A close walk to really delicious restaurants…. Donuts, burritos, steaks, pizza…. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

Perfect beach getaway.

Property has an outstanding view! Super convenient and easy walk to the pier but far enough away to enjoy quiet. House is nicely equipped. It was where we did an annual father daughter (adult daughters) and it was larger enough to accommodate us well. Hosts were easy to reach as well. North Newport Beach with no bikes and joggers looking into your home is our favorite place to enjoy the beach! We had an extra bonus with a school of dolphins swimming by and easily seen from the living room.

Beautiful location and the house has great space.

The house and the location were just what we needed this year. The house easily accommodated 7 adults and with walkable access to coffee or the shops at the pier there was no need to drive once we were there. Definitely a property I would recommend if you are looking for a beach vacation with family.

It was great to be right on the beach - great views and great location. The house has ample room for 7-8 adults - lots of comfortable bed space, plenty of pillows and blankets, good hang out space in the dining and living areas. The house was clean and comfortable and the owners and rental agency were very responsive to all our needs. We would definitely come back here!

The house was roomy, with plenty extra chairs and furniture more than enough for 7 of us. We used BBQ grill for 2 nights, spent most of time at patio relaxing, our adult and teenage children bodyboarding all day. Round table in the living was great for card game, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The first day, we had issues with one of the shower and bathroom lock, but the management office quickly responded and plumber and handyman fixed them within a few hours. In late August the beach was not crowded, and super peaceful watching people walking dogs, kids playing, from a patio. Master bathroom had a large shower, where it was convenient to wash the sands off the swim suits. I was worried how hot it gets without air conditioner, but it was fine as the temperature dropped at night.

Great property all around! Ideal location close enough to the pier but far enough for exclusive beach access that is not crowded. It was a great experience for children under 2 - 10 years old. Ideal for spending some time at the beach and near Disneyland. Very easy check-in and out process. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great time. The house was lovely and comfortable for a group. Amazing to be right on the beach.
