A beach beauty, this exceptional upper unit is beaming with Balboa beach charm!

This was our second time in this house and it was wonderful. We love walking to the nearby restaurants and convenient store. It was great to be able to go out on the stand for a run or roller blade. The convenient large parking lot very nearby made it easy for us to have three cars. Communication with the property manager during our stay was immediate and so friendly and helpful. They sent an electrician to come change a burnt out lightbulb same day..and brought a bag of ice when our icemaker wasn't working. We had a large family staying downstairs but the noise didn't bother us and it was no problem walking through their patio to get to the strand. Overall a great trip!

We had a wonderful week at this beachfront property and couldn't have asked for a more relaxing time. The views were wonderful - we loved looking out at the beach and watching the sunsets!Being on the second floor was a huge plus for us; it was quieter and we felt very safe throughout our stay. One thing we particularly appreciated was the privacy - despite being near the boardwalk, no one could look into the property, which made it feel like our own private sanctuary. We truly enjoyed our time at this property and would return.

Great location near a parking lot for guests and right on the beach. House was very comfortable and homey. Family had a great weekend celebrating our daughters 16th bday

We had a wonderful time at this beachfront property. Perfect for our family ranging in ages (10-66) and great access to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops. Amazing views! Very clean and modern furnishings

This is a great place to stay. The home was very clean and nice and perfect location. The garage is a nice bonus but we had a sports car and the approach is so steep the sports car would rub the undercarriage pretty bad.

Excellent location, easy walking distance to Balboa activities. Kids loved being so close to the sand. Loved eating breakfast on the balcony looking out toward the ocean! Bunk beds were great for the kids. Definitely plan on bringing minor kitchen staples like ziplock bags if plan to cook and you want to store any leftovers.

We loved everything about this condo! The view is amazing and the condo was perfect. It had everything our family needed for a week at the beach to celebrate Christmas. It even had chairs and umbrellas! We will definitely be back!

Property is very clean. Nice garage. Short walk to Balboa Pier, shops and restaurants. It does describe it is a second store unit and each access you walk through the lower units patio but even with this description there was still some strain that the tenant on the lower floor didn't want us walking through the patio so it defeats the purpose of being on the beach. We didn't let it bother us but it is a little odd probably should separate a walking path for the upper level

Newport Beach is the place in summer to stay, nice weather, great beach, large place, and our host is excellent. can not ask for anything else.
