The Space:

600 E Oceanfront 3G is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with panoramic ocean views is a gorgeous vacation home featuring hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, and casual beach-style themed furnishings.



The location of this condo is truly in one of the premier spots on the entire Peninsula. You will have spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, Newport Beach, Catalina Island, and the famous Balboa Pier from the balcony of your 3rd floor vacation property. You are so close to the water you will hear the waves crashing when you go to bed at night and wake up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise. The master bedroom has ocean views from the comfort of your California king-sized bed. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom is perfect for your children with 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed. The third bedroom also has a flat-screen TV. You also have access to a pull out sofa sleeper in the living room for additional family members or guests.



Located near the Balboa Pier, close to the heart of the action, this oceanfront, upper floor condo features a full-kitchen, new front loading washer and dryer inside the condo, wide-screen TVs, and WiFi internet access throughout the condo. Linens and towels are provided. There is a private balcony that can be accessed from your master bedroom or living room that overlooks the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island. This condominium is nicely secured behind security gates, includes 2 personal parking spaces, and there is an elevator that will take you up to your top floor with the nicest of views.



Please note there will be city construction at the condominium during the month of March 2026.

The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of the Balboa Village, giving you easy access to the beach, bay, Fun Zone, whale watching boats, Catalina Flyer, bike rentals, shops and restaurants.



Getting Around:

This wonderful unit is on the beachfront. Summer is our busy season and there may have potential for some noise.



Other Things to Note:

-The clearance in the underground parking garage is low, 77 inches. It will not fit large S.U.Vs or cars with racks etc. There is a 3rd guest parking spot available outside in the alley however, it's based on first come first serve basis for the entire building.(The complex is small and typically a 3rd spot is open but not guaranteed) Keep in mind parking spots at the beach are small so bringing a large S.U.V is tough to find spots everywhere.



-10 pm noise curfew ordinance Strictly enforced by Newport Beach Police

-Must be 26 or older to book

-Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info.

-No parties or gatherings.

-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction.

    The location is so noisy all night long. There is no air conditioning so the windows need to be open and the people were making noise all night long.

    My siblings and I took my mom here to celebrate her 80th birthday. The location was perfect for what we wanted, close to restaurants and easy access to the Balboa Island ferry. The guest portal was easy to use and had all the information we needed. It made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. There was also a lot of communication from the property management company, which I liked. The property was very clean and on the 3rd level of the condo complex, just high enough to get a great view of the ocean and not to hear much of the street level noise. Overall, we had a great time and would consider renting this unit again.

    The location of this property is amazing. It is walking distance to Balboa pier and it has an amazing view of the ocean. The condo is big and fit my family of 6 perfectly. The room was clean and and stocked with supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, trash liners, etc. Check in was easy. The thing that I did not like was the condition of the sofa, pillows and bedding. The cushions on the sofa were deflated. The pillows on the beds were literally flat like pancakes--even if you folded over the pillow, it was flat. The bedding seemed old and there was not enough pillow cases for the pillows.
