Decorated very rustic-loved that. Good location not far from downtown and harbor, very walkable. Having the fire place heater was very nice as it was quite cool. Could use a luggage rack for suitcase as not much room in bedroom . Thanks for a wonderful stay

The place was so cute! The decor was charming and we loved the set-up. It was nice to be so close to downtown Sturgeon Bay and yet also was easy access to everything else up the peninsula. The one thing I’ll mention is the noise. Other people had commented on it and we knew that other people would be on the property from the description, but it was more than I would have expected. From waking up to alarms and footsteps on the creaky floors from upstairs to hearing dog barks next door to the loud traffic of the major road in front of the house to the loud hum of the refrigerator, it didn’t quite match the ambiance of the rest of the “cabin” feel. Otherwise, the place worked out well for us.

Nice cozy place to stay.Enjoyed the wine. Thanks#1 Awesome matteress.Any idea brand n make?#2 Please extend the chains on the ceiling fans n lights. #3 Small clip to hold front door curtain together at night... Please fix the storm door latch. Wind blew it open smacked into railing scared the dickens out of us, plus could break glass.Over all super place.

Such a cute little place! Loved all the country decor! Everything was perfect! Bed and couch are super comfy and for being right on the Main Street you don’t hear much traffic which is a plus! Would definitely stay here again. And the bottle of wine waiting for us at check in was an added bonus!

Great location but only complaint I have is microwave didn’t work and wouldn’t turn off. I had to unplug. The air fryer convection oven didn’t work unless I held the door closed the entire time. It wouldn’t seal. Basically couldn’t cook any food. Otherwise it was great.

Really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was comfortable and cozy and perfect for our weekend getaway, just two of us and our furry companion. Even though it is on one of the main roads, it's well insulated and quiet. There is even a sound machine in the bedroom if you need that extra support to go to sleep. We appreciated the welcome gift and the thoughtfulness of having doggy bowls available for our dog's food and water. The sofa and bed were both incredibly comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic little getaway from big family events I was in town for. Introverts like me will love it. Walkable to a great little wine and small plates restaurant a block down with great jazz.

Fun and quirky place to stay.It was warm and cozy during the snow storm. It was easy to get to all the restaurants we wanted to try. Our only issues were that the bathroom and kitchen area need more lighting and the person shoveling in the middle of the night woke us up.

This is probably the best apartment we have ever stayed in. It was decorated super cute, was comfortable, quiet and right down the street from some great restaurants. It was only 2 blocks to Dromhus which was amazing for food and wine. Then a coffee shop 5&J a block from that with the best coffee and breakfast wraps. We really enjoyed our weekend away!

Location, location, location! The ability to walk to nearby shops, restaurants and galleries made our stay in Sturgeon Bay so pleasant. We only got in our vehicle to drive to hiking trails and wineries in Door County. Our hosts, Chandall & Aaron have thought of everything and have the “cabin” well-appointed. Leaving a bottle of local wine as a welcome gift was a nice touch. The onsite laundry room was so convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again if we make it back to Sturgeon Bay.
