Villa Etnamare with Infinity pool between Mt Etna and the Jonian sea - Glicine

A great week in a well maintained property close to Mount Etna. Fantastic pool and grounds

We stayed here for a week with 2 older teenagers. It was a lovely relaxed week. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The ground are immaculate and beautiful. The pool was amazing and exactly what we needed for the warm weather. The views are fantastic. The air conditioning worked well (units in each bedroom and the kitchen/living room). The trattoria next door was very handy and the owners there were very welcoming (and the food was amazing!) The apartment was ideally located for us to explore Taormina, local towns and Etna. You do need a car though as the village is relatively remote. Nadia and Fabio were extremely helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Really tough to leave this beautiful place. Lovely location, extremely comfortable unit, and the pool is just as glorious as it looks online. Thank you! I hope to come back someday.

We had a fantastic week at this property. It proved to be an ideal base to explore nearby towns and villages, Etna, Etnaland, Taormina as well as the north east coast of Sicily. The local restaurant (La 5 Botelli) is literally next door and offers great food on its doorstep. Our hosts were also very welcoming and helpful. The pool is lovely and large, the rooms fresh and modern, plus and the views of Etna and the coastline were truly epic.

We loved our stay at Villa EtnaMare. The apartment was very comfortable, with great kitchen space, private deck with views, and working AC in all the rooms. We LOVED the restaurant on the corner. The pool was lovely, especially in the evening after a long day of excursions. It is well located to Mt Etna, Taormina, and other Eastern towns. We would definitely stay here again!

There is nothing I can fault about our stay at Villa Etnamare. Our apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed to make our two week stay comfortable. We had views of the sea from one side of our terrace and Mount Etna on the other. The pool area and surrounding grounds are fabulous, we spent many hours just relaxing on a sun lounger. The whole family (Nadia, Dario, Fabio & Angelo) are very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. There is an excellent restaurant, Le 5 Botti, literally at the end of the drive that we visited five times during our stay and plenty of shops in Santa Venerina for everything needed for a self-catering stay. I would recommend a stay at Villa Entamare without reservation.

My husband and I spent ten days In Santa Venerina. The location was excellent and the accommodations were exactly as described. Dario and Nadia were available and responsive when needed. Angelo, Nadia's dad, greeted us on our second day with a bowl of figs and grapes from his garden. We were able to take many day trips to Taormina, Catania, Siracusa, and other small towns. We had a great time meeting some of the other guests as well. Waking up every morning to the view of Mt. Etna behind us and the sea in front of us will forever remain with us. Donna and Ray

Great for a relaxing get away from it all holiday. Nice local Restaurant next door to the property. Hosts very friendly and welcoming. The pool really makes it, fantastic, never had a holiday pool quite like it. Would go again without hesitation.

Wonderful, well equipped apartment, with sweeping views of the sea and Mt. Etna. Dario was great showing us around, explaining where to shop and visit. The location places you on the doorstep of everything the Mt. Etna region has to offer. There is much adventure to be found, but you will be tempted to while away the days in this quiet, tranquil place -- where even the cats are friendly! Great place to stay.
