Spectacular Waterfront in Door County

This property is better than we expected. Super clean, very spacious, new and quiet. The kitchen has everything we need. It is an easy drive to everywhere we'd like to visit. I strongly recommend this property and definitely would like to come back sometime in the future. J & B

Great place to stay.

Very clean, well supplied apartment. Sunsets over water were beautiful. Easy to get to all of Door County. Only con would be that our phones were on SOS when inside the apartment. Not sure if it was our phones or the area but it made it a very peaceful break!

Great views (loved the sunsets!) and easy access to Hwy 42. Would recommend staying here!

Immaculate condition, quiet neighborhood with beautiful view of the bays

Perfect cozy apartment! Everything we wanted on our special getaway! Clean, and well taken care of! We love that it was quiet and so close to everything we wanted to go in DC. Love the view of Green Bay. A very welcoming place to land. The hosts thought of everything we needed! I highly reccomend this place, a cozy place for 2!

This was an above garage apartment in the owner’s property. The apartment was very clean and the furnishings were very nice and comfortable. We had an awesome view of Lake Michigan and our own balcony which we grilled out on. It was a peaceful stay for our anniversary trip. We enjoyed the cayaks that were provided and floating on tubes we brought. The chickens and dogs were entertaining and Adam so kindly let us use his corn hike set as we had forgotten ours. It was a great place to stay to visit other places in Door County.

Adam's place is amazing! Exactly what the pictures show, the beds are comfortable, and you are right on the water. The views from the dock are incredible. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. This place is a great home base for exploring door county. We also had to cancel one of our nights and with a weeks notice Adam gave us a refund for the night. Overall, this was the perfect place for our friends gathering!

We absolutely loved this place! Kitchen has everything you could ever need. Bathroom has towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper. Bedroom has 2 really comfy beds, bedding and tons of soft and fluffy pillows. They have a grill and the view from the balcony is amazing! Relaxing by the fire in their really comfortable Adirondack chairs was the best!! Sitting by the water or relaxing on the pier. I would 100% recommend this place!

We enjoyed this beautiful space on the bay. It was a perfectly peaceful place to start and end the day. Our 10 year old enjoyed the swimming and kayaking. Thank you for opening your home. We would definitely come back!

Clean and comfortable apartment with water access

We were looking for a nicely appointed accommodation in a peaceful, beautiful location, and this apartment was a great fit. Breakfast on the deck overlooking the lake was a real treat, as was swimming in the lake. This place had everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. Highly recommended!

Exactly what we needed! Unfortunately we weren't able to use the kayaks Adam and his family provided because there was so much stuff to do in the surrounding area that we ran out of time. Great location, kind hosts, and cute puppies.

Property is very well maintained and is in close proximity of neighboring cities in Door County. Spacious area for a couple and has great view of waterfront.

We absolutely loved this stay. It was spotless and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare meals - which we did - and complete with lots of fun coffee options! The dining and living room areas were roomy and every tastefully decorated. It was such a peaceful and calming vibe! The colors and the floors were just beautiful; I wish we'd been able to stay a few more days! Other than food, there wasn't anything else we needed to get by for the time we were there! The beds were soooo comfortable and it was such a quiet neighborhood that we were able to keep the window open at night. The bathroom was a perfect size and nice and clean! There was a balcony that overlooked the yard (complete with chickens that were very quiet and fun to watch) and three of the sweetest puppies you will ever meet! We were treated to a gorgeous view of the lake. It was the perfect morning coffee spot and had a pretty view of the evening sunset. There is no question we would stay here again. The property was extremely well maintained and situated in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to town to get a few groceries as needed, but secluded enough that you didn't realize it was that close! We found it to be extremely relaxing and welcoming after a long day spent exploring the areas of beautiful Door County. Best of all, the owners were so kind and gracious! We truly appreciated the opportunity to stay here! Five stars!!

This is our second time staying here, and we love it! The kayaks, fishing, water view, and updated space make it a place our family thoroughly enjoys. Highly recommend!

The property is located on Green Bay with a nice view and access if you want. The property is very clean and is well maintained. My wife and I decided to go to Door County for a 4 day weekend. It is an apartment above a garage, and the owners do live on the property. They are a very nice couple and we had a nice chat on our last night. They were very respectful of our privacy. We used the location to travel throughout the peninsula and it was very easy to navigate. Highly recommend for a couples getaway. I expect we’ll be back.

We had a relaxing stay on Sturgeon Bay. This property is literally on the water. Adam and Jen were very hospitable and responsive. The property is a second floor unit, which is connected to the owner’s home. They have very cute dogs and several chickens, which are not disruptive to the overall peaceful vibe of the place. The unit is very nicely decorated and updated. We towed kayaks on our trailer, and there was ample room next to the unit to park and stow them. A bonus is that I actually caught several smallmouth bass off the dock, and one decent 3-pounder. The only feedback that I would give to the owner is that the bedroom can get a little warm. There is good AC in the main room, but it does not flow back to the bedroom. This would only be an issue on really warm evenings. We would come back for sure.

Property was beautiful and clean with access to dock and Lake Michigan. Very quiet and relaxing after days of visiting Door County. Definitely recommend.

To start off we wanted to say that the owners were very friendly and their place was beautiful. We unfortunately were very disappointed in our stay. We booked this place thinking that it was the whole house based on the picture provided. To our surprise, we came to the property only to find out that the place we rented was attached directly next to the owners. We felt deceived. We came there for our honeymoon, to get away to be alone and to have privacy. We were told we could use the beach, dock, kayakes. We did not use any of that because the owners would sit out on their deck all day, had a very large 20+ family gathering on Saturday. There were kids and dogs running around...NO PRIVACY to enjoy just the two of us. We ended up leaving all day to go to other beaches because we felt so incredibly uncomfortable. Also to note, the kayakes we filthy and not ready for use, the beach was covered with rocks and algae and was not a welcoming area to relax. We personally wouldnt want to stay here again. The owners need to disclose the fact that they are attached to the rental. If you want privacy, i wouldnt recommend this place.
