Spacious, 1 bedroom Villa del Mar within waking distance to the Beach & Shops

The villa has all the kitchen and bathroom amenities one could ask for. It is very clean. The decor is tasteful. The furniture is comfortable. Highly highly recommended.

Fantastic place! Spacious, clean, cute and stocked with just the things you need for a weekend getaway.. bathroom products, snacks and coffee! Parking was easy on the street. Quite neighbors. Walkability a 10+. Colleen was incredibly communicative and quick to respond to my questions. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location!!! Very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were nicely remodeled and very well supplied. The host thought of every possible amenity we could need.

Beautiful little villa that worked great for 3 adults. Clean, cozy, beautifully decorated, and fun gift baskets upon arrival. Colleen was a great host and easy to communicate with. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. We loved the balcony area for morning coffee and an evening BBQ/dinners. Such a beautiful location and we look forward to staying here again next time we are in the area!!

Loved our stay at Villa Del Mar! It was perfect for our needs. Very clean! Host was very responsive. Street parking was easy - no problems. Lots of nearby restaurants to walk to. We didn’t use the washer and dryer this visit. Looking forward to the next time we can visit Villa Del Mar!!

Everything was perfect and lovely! We got in super late and had a hard time locating property but a very friendly neighbor helped and the rest was smooth sailing!

Things We Loved About the Property: My husband and I loved the location of Colleen’s 1 bedroom unit. It’s walkable to the beach, dining and shopping without being in a super busy or loud area. We appreciated the curated list of restaurants and support for local artists in the unit. The kitchen was well stocked and it was really fun to grill on the patio. Things we didn’t like: There isn’t actually a parking spot for the unit, it should say street parking on the listing. We parked on the wrong side and got a ticket. We did not find the bed or pillows comfortable and bought our own topper and pillows during the stay. The couch and chairs in the living area are quite aged and not that comfy. I know hosts need signs and rules to keep their unit in good condition, but I didn’t appreciate the sign on the AC unit saying not to run it while we were out. It was unseasonably warm while we were there and the unit stayed hot and humid most of the stay.

We have stayed at Colleen’s apartment a few times and always enjoy our stay. The location, accommodations, and host are wonderful. We look forward to returning soon.
