Quiet, Charming, Great Value @ The Beach, 2 Blocks to Sand, BBQ, w/AC

Great location. Hosts were great and place was clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We love the property, everything was clean, tidy, and stocked with all the basics. Quiet neighborhood with lots of food, shopping and entertainment within walking distance… and just two blocks from the passionate pacific. We checked in later than I anticipated and the host was quick to respond about questions we had. Looking forward to staying here again sometime soon and would definitely recommend.

The apartment was clean and inviting. The kitchen could have had more items for cooking, including a cutting board and mixing bowls. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. Great place to stay!

Perfect spot for a Newport adventure: close to the beach and shopping, clean, thoughtful amenities like beach chairs and towels, good communication and support. We loved our time here!

Loved walkability to groceries, restaurants, beach and area. Had a small family birthday and everyone loved it. My only suggestion would be a large non-stick skillet and better knives. Hope to stay again, great value.

Scott was fantastic in answering any questions I had about the property prior to check in, check in was seamless and so easy. We LOVED the apartment! The location was perfect, near grocery store and quick easy walk to the beach. It was clean, well stocked, and so comfortable. The beds and sofa bed were super comfy. We loved the use of beach chairs also. The garage was plenty big enough to store bikes we had rented and the washer and dryer were so nice to use. Thank you!!

We had the best time staying here!! The house was clean and so cute! There was enough room for me and my kids and a few of their friends! The host responded so fast to any questions we had! We would totally stay here again!!

Staying at the property was one of the funniest times ever. A great place to continue our yearly summer trips especially growing up down by the beach and just needing the hometown beach fix. Looking forward to next year already!

When on a 5 days trip to Newport beach, los this VRBO, the apartment was great, clean, and pretty cozy. Loved the details, location and have a excellent communication. Will used it again for sure.

We had two adults and a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old. We loved the unit. Can't wait to go back. The garage parking spot came in handy.

We booked very last minute for spring break so we were afraid the house wouldn't be great. We were pleasantly suprised by how clean and accommodating the house was. They had everything we needed for the beach, which was a quick 3 minute walk to. It was also conveniently located close to the grocerty store and some of our favorite restaurants. It was clean and comfortable! We had a wonderful time! They even left us a bottle of wine and delicious chips! I will definitely book again!

Very clean and comfortable. Convenient location. I’d recommend adding side tables to the one side of each bed but other than that very adequately furnished

We truly enjoyed our peaceful getaway to this little beach rental. The property was quiet and comfortable. It was well stocked and clean. It is close enough to walk to the beach and not have to worry about parking. Management communicated well and was open to any concerns (although we had none) We look forward to visiting again soon!

This was a perfect quaint getaway place that was close to the beach and a perfect spot to end our California adventure! Close to grocery stores and shopping and walkable to the beach.

The place wasn't very clean it’s very old and the cabinets needed some repair when you open then it’s disgusting ,missing like potato peel , knife, blow

This cute upstairs unit was so nicely furnished and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable few days in Newport. The unit was clean and well stocked. We will plan to rent it again when we are able to return!
