HOME LOCATION

Located 500 feet from the Balboa Pier and just a quick walk to the Fun Zone, & Balboa Island Ferry you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is the beach where you will find Volleyball Courts, fire pits, and the occasional flag football/ultimate frisbee tournament just off to the Right.

From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, Balboa Island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute ride 1 way) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, and Surfboard/paddleboard lessons all within a 2-15 minute walk, you will never need to travel far.

For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from the docks across the Street. For those of you with kids, the Balboa Fun Zone is also just across the street making this home an ideal location for families. For those of you with the itch to shop, we recommend hopping on the ferry to Balboa Island. If you can't find what you are looking for, the world-famous Shops at Fashion Island has it all located just a 5-minute taxi ride from the Island.

Construction Notice: Adjacent construction May 2025 - September 2026. The City of Newport Beach allows construction to take place between 7:00 a.m. & 4:30 p.m. on weekdays with no weekend (Sat/Sun) or holiday work permitted. Rental rates have been reduced to compensate for any inconvenience.

Multi Family home / Shared Space
This property is a DUPLEX. There is a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit on the upper level who you will be asked to share the city trash cans with. (This is the only home amenity which you share)

Staircase/Accessibility
This home has no stairs and is perfect for families with mobility issues.

Air-Conditioning
This property includes air conditioning. The thermostat should be set no lower than 74 degrees and turned off when the home is vacant. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the home will cool to a specific temperature in all bedrooms and spaces

Parking Details
Parking: You are provided one designated space. Our garage is not suitable for large trucks or vehicles equipped with 3rd row seating. Mid-size sedans and compact cars are enforced. We cannot guarantee the vehicle will fit inside the garage if it is outside the perimeters. If your vehicle is outside the perimeters, there is ample parking outside the area, both paid and public.

Laundry
A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.

High Chair & Pack 'n Play
High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.

Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

Pet Policy
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may apply to cover any repairs or damages caused by pets.
