Air-Conditioning
This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.

Parking Details
You are provided 1 Parking Spots in the 2-car garage. Mid-Sized SUVs and compact cars are recommended. 3rd row vehicles will not fit

Laundry
Washer and Dryer are located in the Garage, shared with the other unit, and are coin-operated.

High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

Pet Policy
This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may apply to cover any repairs or damages caused by pets.

    Host was welcoming. We had an issue with a car blocking the opening to the garage, they very quickly resolved it. We enjoyed the fire pit (very easy to use). There were plenty of towels for inside and the beach. The location can't be beat. We walked to the pier for breakfast, groceries nearby, water is so close you can hear the waves from the back bedroom at night.We had the place to ourselves, not sure what it would have been like to have a family in the unit above. I would recommend this place to friends if they want a beachfront home that is easy to access and close to shopping and other activities/restaurants.
