Newport Beach Vacation Rental: Steps to Shore!

I grew up in California and come to visit often, and this is the best home I’ve stayed it. Super walkable area, steps to the beach, and the owner was so kind and easy to work with. I will be back and I recommend this place for anyone, it’s perfect for a small family.

This was the perfect place for my small family to stay in California. Short drive to Disneyland and the home is almost on the beach (steps away!)The property has a fish tank with live fish inside; cool touch!

As you can see the location is within walking distance from everything... you don't have to move your car to explore Balboa Island or Peninsula, go to the beach, whale watching shopping, meals, it's all right there. The living room and kitchen are spacious for a family. There are plenty of windows for natural lighting. We felt safe in the neighborhood.

Such a great time on our vacation the weather was perfect. The location was excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better spot.

Very nice area for restaurants, walks to the beach and piers. Very nice appointments in the apartment. Would have been nice to have a K cup coffee maker there, I just bring my own, no big deal. The bedroom gets a little cool because of the air coming through the air conditioner on cool nights, again, no big deal, just made sure the covers were on. Alex was always very responsive to any problems we might have encountered. Nice refrigerator with ice dispenser. Nice big tv. This was our 2nd year here, we enjoyed it very much. Hope to be back!

My wife and I spent 4 days here exploring Newport Beach and the surrounding areas. This property is just about perfect. It was bigger than we thought it would be — could easily accommodate two couples or a full family. It is immaculately decorated and cared for. The host was great and the communication was accurate and timely. The location is ideal for walking to the beach, pier and local restaurants. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

Never used Evolve before. I needed a place to stay for a conference. The 5-star resort wanted waaaaaaay too much and wasn't even on the beach. I took a shot and booked this property. Love love loved it. The property was spacious, clean, and one street away from the beach. And best of all, the owner Alex was attentive and extremely friendly. I had friends at the conference who were jealous. And rightfully so. This booking was a steal, and if I ever get the chance to stay here again, I will 100 percent do it. If I had any issue, it would be the parking. It's a little snug, but considering that I had a dedicated spot to park one street away from the beach, I would have squeezed my car into a trash can if needed. So if you have a massive vehicle, reach out to the owner first. Otherwise, rent this house. Seriously.

Spacious, clean and updated 2BR. Great location! Reasonable.

The condo unit was great! Large open main area, with two ample size bedrooms. Steps to the Balboa Island ferry, Balboa village, and the beach. Unit had AC in the main rooms to ensure a comfortable stay. There was also a garage to securely store bicycles, and the main door was easy to operate with a keypad entry.Our point of contact for the unit, Branigan, was very helpful and a breeze to deal with.Would definitely stay here again.
