Nice cozy place that's in a great location. One bedroom and bath is rather small but it worked for us. Definitely would book again.

Really enjoyed this place, would definitely come back. Only down side is that the 2nd bedroom is only a full bed which is difficult to sleep two adults. Think I assumed it was a queen. Regardless we had a great time and loved the very short walk to shops and restaurants. And the ferry was right there so we rode our bikeS all around. Property manager was very responsive and helpful too! Thanks!

I stayed here with my husband and baby and it was a wonderful experience! For starters Balboa Island magical. The unit we stayed in was beautifully prepared with a bottle of Rose and flowers. We had everthing we needed! The owners were friendly and kind and I already cannot wait to go back!

We had such a wonderful time staying in this little cottage. It was immaculate, cozy, well equipped and so close to everything. The hosts are the sweetest people who were so welcoming. Couldn’t get any better. Not sure we could stay anywhere else as this spot really set the bar high for our expectations. We can’t wait to book it again when it is available. Thank you Linda and family for making our vacation everything and more!! You all are soo kind.

If you want to be close to downtown Balboa Island this is the place to be. The apartment was clean and everything we needed was provided. We enjoyed our stay and were very satisfied.

This space had everything we needed for a fun weekend in Newport Beach! The hosts were great and super easy to communicate with. They even let us with a few groceries to start off our trip. Thanks again for the hospitality!

This place was so cute, patio area was nice, place was very clean supplied with everything. Was nice to come in with fresh flowers, candy left for us & wine and coffee for me, lol. Only thing is getting parking on the street but wasn't too bad actually. Highly recommend it. We walked everywhere then took the ferry to Newport Beach. Great for the price for the area your in!

This property was well above expectations. The location is prime for walking about the adorable town. The apt is very pretty, clean and comfortable. Great sheets and towels. The patio adds extra space. We were warmly welcomed by the homeowner and felt very much taken care of. Highly recommended.

This small yet very well designed and recently remodeled apartment is perfect (writing this in Aug 2021) for a quick trip. The bedrooms are small but each has its own bathroom, which makes them feel pretty luxurious. The patio is great for dining and socializing. Also, there is much to do on Balboa Island so we ended up spending very little time in the rental itself. The location is extremely close to the main street, but not so close you hear the noise. Main Street has everything you need and the owners are friendly, knowledgeable longtime locals who made us and our 12 year old niece feel very welcome.

My family of four consisting of two adults and two boys ages 17 and 12 stayed for a week and can’t wait to come back! The unit is well designed and feels spacious. We loved sitting outside in the cute deck. The location is one block away from the Main Street, walking distance to a small market, restaurants, ice cream, bike rentals and more! We had everything we needed and barely used our car. Parking on the street not a problem throughout our week long stay. Would definitely stay here again!
