Welcome to Santa Barbara Freiburg! The apartment is located away from the tram stop in a quiet cul de sac, 3 minutes walk from the Park of the University Hospital and 50 m. The main station and the old town can be reached in about 15 minutes.
The 2013 completely refurbished and newly furnished holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxing city break or a productive business stay: four lovingly decorated bedrooms offer sleeping for 6 adults (3X double bed 160X200, 1X high qualitysofa bed 160X200, 1X electrically adjustable bed 120X200). In the living-dining room there is another sofa bed (160x200) and a sofa bed of good quality. A cot is also available. Bed linen and towels are provided in the four individually designed bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped: Fitted kitchen with natural stone worktop, high quality appliances, large fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The apartment has a bathroom with bath and sink, 2 toilets and two sinks in two bedrooms.
WiFi in the whole house and TV with over 150 international channels are available, parquet floors in all rooms and in the hallway. In addition to the gas-floor heating, the apartment is also equipped with 2 Holzkachelöfen, which makes for a pleasant room warmth and a cozy atmosphere in the winter time. You can spend the large communal garden or on the balcony relaxing hours outdoors.

    We loved this appartment! It was very spacious, and only a short walk away from bars, cafes, bakeries and restaurants. It took 10 minutes to get to Old Town by tram. Tanja was a great host and communicated very well. Thanks for having us!

    We really enjoyed our stay in Tanja's apartment. It is a great location, walking distance to the city center (or the Strassenbahn is at the end of the block), close to restaurants, but tucked away on a quiet street. After staying in hotels for the rest of the trip, it was great to spend some time in a traditional German apartment with some character and charm. There was more than enough space for the 6 of us, and we would absolutely stay there again. Thanks for being a great host Tanja!!

    This home is very close to a Tram line which made getting around the city a breeze. It is also close to several places to eat and to buy groceries.

    We really enjoyed our stay in Fribourg-en-Brisgau, the place was cosy, affordable, plenty of bed to sleep in and not far away from downtown. We clearly recommend it!

    We would rent this unit again, having a second toilet is a real plus. A couple of things that would enhance people’s stay. 1. Microwave 2. An organized and detailed operational guide for the apartment. ie instructions for operation of the appliances.

    Overwhelmingly positive experience renting this property. The landlady was always keen to help to make our stay even better. Upon arriving, we were very pleased by how clean and family friendly the apartment was. The beds were very comfortable. The ouside view into the garden was beautiful. The kitchen was amongst the best features of the apartment. The bathroom was also very spacious. The surrounding area was also very convenient, just off the tram stop. I will be booking this apartment again next year.

    My friends and I stayed here for a few nights and it was great! It is a great location right next to a tram stop and a coffee shop just down the street. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us (2 per room).

    We were a family of eight all the bedrooms were great we had separate rooms for single adults and other bedrooms work good for family of four and a married couple. The location was good close to market and coffee for the morning. I had a little trouble understanding the tourist tax that would’ve been helpful if that was explained a little more detail All in all we had a great stay at this property. Norman Russell
