Great place to stay

Perfect accomodation, a true home with all you need for normal life while abroad. Large rooms well equipped and a very nice garden. Close to the tram station and, in this way, just 10 minutes away from the downtown. In case we will have to be back, this will be our favourite solution.

This apartment stayed nice and cool in mid June when I stayed there with my daughter and husband. We were able to walk to Seepark, which is just a block away. Seepark is a great spot to picnic and you can swim in the lake. There are two towers (that I saw) that you can climb and one gives a great view of the surrounding area. Sabine was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and available for questions. Her garden was lovely and while we were there the raspberries were ripe and delicious! I would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful place with groceries, restaurants and public transportation within short walking distance. Also there is a lake in close proximity as well. I would stay there again again.

This location was great for visiting our niece attending University. It was also close to the Tram and grocery shopping. Sabine was a wonderful and helpful host.

My wife and I (50's), decided to go to Germany for a quick getaway for the Christmas markets. We've been to Freiburg several times but usually stay at a hotel or with friends. Luckily we found Sabine's VRBO. It was perfect. She had just about anything you could need stocked at the apartment. Beds were very comfortable, unit was warm and easily adjusted if uncomfortable. It was so quiet in the unit that on the second night, we played fan running on my phone on low volume! Sabine was very communicative and answered any questions we had both before and during our stay, but didn't hover, like some hosts do. Unit is very convenient from the main train station. Just a short eight minutes tram ride to the HBF and a couple minutes more to center of city. My wife and I are runners and ran every morning we stayed there. We ran around the SeePark several times, but the best run was just a short , less than a half mile run in the direction that tram runs, bringing you to the apartment, to the river and there is a trail that runs along the river that seems to go on forever. We ran about five miles on it and it kept going, BEAUTIFUL! If you're planning a trip to Freiburg, definitely plan on staying at Sabine's if there is availability. You won't be disappointed!

Nice and clean apartment. Conveniently located to tram line and supermarket. Owners are very nice and accommodating. We would stay there again.

Our hosts were wonderful and welcoming! It was easy to get anywhere in town from our location! The apartment was just the right amount of space with all the things we needed!

Loved the residence, lovely hosts and their garden is beautiful. So nice to be able to swim at SeePark every day, and get to it just by walking up the block from their house. Great stay.

Our hosts were very helpful. The street is quiet and conveniently located between two tram stops. Getting to the city center is 5 stops away. Easy walk to the Seepark, a lovely place for a walk. Groceries are a short walk away, as are some restaurants. We would gladly stay here again.
