The flat is located in the Residence Le Fontane, a complex with swimming pool and parking. The Residence has an excellent location: it is near many supermarkets, at about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and at less than 3 kms from the beach of Simius. The bar, the newspaper stand, the relax area and the shared barbecue are additional facilities that make the Residence Le Fontane the perfect place to stay in Villasimius.

The apartment consists of: a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.The flat is equipped with: air conditioning, TV, oven, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, iron and ironing board, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, bed linen (first supply). All of the apartments have a balcony equipped with table and chairs. The apartments are located on 1st and 2nd floor but the complex has an elevator. Moreover, inside the flat you will find an umbrella at your disposal to take with you for your days at the beach.

The Residence Le Fontane, thanks to its lucky location, allows you to reach the main centres of interest of Villasimius: the beautiful beaches, the town centre and the main services. In a few minutes by car, you can enjoy the golden beach of Simius and the white sand of Porto Giunco. The town, with its square and pubs, awaits you to offer you music, entertainments and the typical Sardinian hospitality.

If you need any help you can go to the reception office which opens every day from 9 am to 1 pm and from 4.30 pm to 8 pm.Check-in is available every day from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out (on the day of your departure) is scheduled before 10:00 am. Arrivals after 8 p.m. must be communicated in advance to the property, for asking the KEY BOX code for getting the keys.In case of no-communication the reception is not guaranteed and an extra charge of will be required. For arrivals after 8.00 p.m. the client's telephone number is required.

Visit the remains of the Nuragic Age: the necropolis of Accu Is Traias and Cruccuris, the Roman baths of Santa Maria and the Phoenician settlement of Cuccureddus. And don't miss the archaeological museum and the statue of the Virgin of the Sea ("Madonna del Naufrago", by Pinuccio Sciola).
