Loved our stay in Newport! The location was perfect. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. And of course the beach! The rental itself is great size with 3 beds and 2 baths. Plenty of room for our family.

Kevin was very responsive and accommodating. Very large home comfortable enough for 5 of us. Location was fabulous and loved having beach chairs. Would recommend staying at this property when in Newport Beach.

Property was located right by beach and all the shopping/ food. It was clean and everything worked as well. Beds were ok considering it’s a rental. Only complaint I could make is only 2 paper thin pillows per bed. Other than that it was amazing.

This is a nice, clean, and straightforward unit in an incredible location a block from the Newport pier. We thoroughly enjoyed the walkability to amenities, and also enjoyed a long beachfront walk to The Wedge. It was perfect for our family of four for our purpose of visiting friends in the area. If we had needed to cook full meals I could say the kitchen might not be as stocked as I’ve seen other vrbo, but it was adequate for our trip. We would definitely enjoy staying here again!

Our stay was great. My daughter has a 2 yr,4 yr and 3 month old. We love being at the beach. This condo was perfect for all of us. Her husband came for the weekend. We had plenty of room. We loved being able to walk to all the restaurants. My daughter is a runner so she got to run everyday on the wonderful beach path. The kids did beach time with grandpa flying kites,digging in the sand and enjoying the ocean. We all had a marvelous time. Hopefully we can do this again.

Perfect location for a quick walk to be on the beach. Enjoyed the Beach access and bike bath being 3 car lengths away. Great location for family of 4. Our Tahoe just squeaked into the garage height wise. Nice to have the fans on and windows open every night.

This place is absolutely amazing. The location is great and you have a view of the beach from your balcony. It’s clean and the management is attentive to your needs if something comes up! I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely book again!

Great location with all the beach activities right at your doorstep. This is our 2nd vacation in this complex and it won't be our last.

Great location, clean, responsive to questions, *parking is great*, close to shops/restaurants, and our family’s favorite Newport property. Updated over the years and mess as my for great family fun.
