Stayed Aug 2, 2025Great location. This is a dog friendly unit. There is a park 100 feet away where you can take your dog. The beach is only 0.25 miles away. There were bikes and a kayak to use. The studio had everything that one would want.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025Carla and Gary were great to work with! Initially I thought the bungalow was on Balboa Island but it was my oversight that I didn’t notice the address is actually Newport Beach, but the location was actually better since we were a 2 minute walk from the beach. It was a great stay and Carla was great in communication!

Stayed Mar 14, 2025We enjoyed our stay at the Bungalow. It was as described in the listing. Our hostess was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The property was clean with an easy location walking distance to places to eat.
